What impressed me most was the time and patience she took to earn the trust of both of my cats. One of my cats is very shy and takes a while to warm up to people, while my other cat can be… a little mean! 😅 She took the time to get to know them both and made sure they were comfortable and cared for in a way that worked for each of them. She also sent plenty of photos and updates, which made me feel so much more relaxed about being away from my cats. It was such a relief knowing they were in good hands. Kayla is amazing! My dogs and cat loved her! I could tell how happy they were in the photos she sent. She house sat for the weekend, and was exceptionally clean and considerate. My senior dog is diabetic and a picky eater, and she was able to get him to eat all his meals! With her background as a vet tech I completely trusted her with giving him is insulin. Our two pups can be slow to warm, including our 90-pound boy. But they both took to Janina right away. When our plans changed last minute, she was very accommodating and went above and beyond. Denita was the BEST dog sitter I've ever had! She cared for my dog so well, was communicative, and kept to her schedule (which has some flexibility, but I've had sitters in the past who have adjusted meals/being let out/etc by hours or been gone during important times, and it really throws a dog off).
