“Julia is awesome! Our dog is very shy and sensitive, and I was so worried to leave her for 2 weeks. But Julia took great care of her and sent us daily picture to comfort the nervous owner. And I saw our dog Mango was getting comfortable and relaxed every day. Also our flight got cancelled and there was a chance that we might need to pick her up at the midnight and Julia said that was totally fine. She was very responsive and easy to talk with.
