About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs and cats since the age of five, and caring for them has been a constant part of my life ever since. Over the years, I’ve developed not just a deep love for animals, but also a strong understanding of their needs and behaviors. I genuinely enjoy every aspect of dog care — from the fun and playful moments to the more routine tasks like bathing, feeding, and training. I believe that building trust, maintaining consistency, and paying attention to detail are all essential to providing the best care possible. Whether it’s daily walks, grooming, or helping with obedience, I approach every task with patience, reliability, and a genuine commitment to each pet’s well-being. As a college student spending the summer away from home, I’m excited to use my free time to help others with their pet care needs. With a flexible part-time job, I’m able to adjust my availability based on my work schedule, making it easy to accommodate daily walks, drop-ins, or extended pet sitting. I’m responsible, responsive, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals — whether it’s for play, routine care, or just good company. I’ve taken care of many animals in their own homes. I find it great that they get the comfort and stability of their own homes even if their owner is gone. I try to always leave things better than I found it and am very respectful and reliable when going to a clients home.

“Kennedy did a great job walking and caring for my dog, as always. She updates with specific details about my dog on the Rover card which I appreciate.”

I’m all about creating a happy, safe environment where they feel loved and cared for. And let’s not forget my dog-loving roots! Growing up with dogs means I’ve got the scoop on tail-wagging walks, playtime that’s fun, and just being the buddy they need. Ultimately, it’s about creating that bond and making sure every furry friend feels loved, cared for, and spoiled (but in a healthy way). I’ve also handled things like giving medication when needed and staying calm in any tricky situations. Building that connection and ensuring dogs are comfortable and happy is something I’m genuinely passionate about. fits seamlessly into my routine! I’m available all week—7 days a week, to be exact. When she was older and we would travel out of town I always felt at ease knowing she was taking care of all the animals. She is responsible, capable and loves animals .”

Amber C.
“Amber has set the bar very high for any house sitters to follow. Amber arrived the evening before we left so we could meet her and she could meet Maggie and Rocky. She communicated with us daily to let us know everything was fine. When we arrived home, it was as clean, or cleaner than when we left. Our pets were so well taken care of. I feel so privileged to have shared this experience with her. I certainly hope Amber can house sit for us again.”

Ene O.
“Monica has taken care of my two cats and my 14 y/o pup on multiple occasions. It was obvious from the beginning that she is passionate about animals and even my cats warmed up to her quickly. I travel often for work and have worked with Monica to check in on my animals for both short and long term stays. She has been great about sending me updates and photos and is also very flexible in terms of communicating as much (or as little) as I'm comfortable with. I've hired her repeatedly and highly recommend. As a pet owner, she knows how much we value being able to focus on our work or vacation time, while at the same time knowing our best friends are in good hands and well taken care of. Highly recommend.”
