“Natalie is awesome. She has done a few drop ins for my cat. I used to leave him home alone, but he wouldn’t eat well and nervous when I got home. I love now that I come home and he is as content as can be. He eats and uses his litter box. He isn’t nervous and I love that I get so many pictures that I don’t feel guilty about taking the dog and leaving the cat lol. I think he’s getting as spoiled as the dog. Natalie is awesome.”

“Martha is sooooo great with my dog. She is super sweet and very accommodating and flexible with time and preferences. I will be using her to walk my dog from now on!”

“Shera was wonderful and patient with the intro/meet and greet consultation. She was very helpful in our planning and coordination of the visits. She went above and beyond to help with my pooch’s adjustment period to being home without me. 5 massive stars for Shera!”

About: Hi, I’m Bernadette! If your pet needs a hangout sesh, I’m available for walks and drop-in visits! Aside from being a part time dog walker and lifetime pet owner, I am also a trusted pet sitter for a variety of animals for family, friends, colleagues, and Rover users. My love for animals has put me on a path of fostering and volunteering at animal shelters. I look forward to meeting and caring for your pet(s)! I am working remotely as a freelance graphic designer, which allows me to be flexible and available for dog walking and drop-in services on most days. If given an early notice, I am typically available every weekday from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., but I am always willing to negotiate different times or extended stays if needed. I will respect your pet’s boundaries, behaviors, and environment to ensure they feel as safe and comfortable as possible. I will keep your pet company (so long as they allow me to) and give them all the love, enrichment, and attention as they need!

About: I've been around dogs since I was a young buck. In my early college days I thought it would be a good idea to get a King German Shepard. I learned the art of taking care of a beast. I currently take care of a few dogs on the regular and I'm looking to expand. Is taking care of your pooch my next adventure? I'm a professional photographer with a flexible schedule. I'm free as long as I don't have a shoot. I wake with the birds and I love to be active. (Let me know if you would like some action or portrait shots with your pup.) I feel like I have a 6th sense when it comes to dogs. I can read their emotions, wants, and needs. If I'm in somebody else's home it's all about respect and integrity. In the winter I work at Sugar Bowl in Village Services. I'm their Lead Steward, I help take care of 140 homes. When I'm with dogs I vibrate with joy, I add respect and most dogs are obedient naturally. Dogs are pros at reading energy.

About: I have been around pets my whole life! I have watched family, neighbors and friends animals. From daily walks to belly rubs or just keeping your dog company. I am dedicated to giving you what your pet needs! Pet care fits naturally into my daily schedule because I work from home half of the week / have a flexible schedule. I will make sure to give your pet my full attention when I am with them! I always ensure that I do my best to follow your pets usual routines from feeding schedules to walking times and any special instructions provided.

“I’ve rebooked Michelle multiple times and she always takes such good care of my three kitties while I’m away. She does everything I need during her check in visits, send lots of pictures, and is very communicative overall. Thank you!”

“I have had an unstable schedule recently. Elizabeth has been very flexible with me over the past 2 weeks. I swell my dogs kibble as well as add “real” food like veggies, egg, yogurt, pumpkin purée etc. The feeding routine is not simple. She did everything as asked. My animals seem to really like her too!”

About: I've got experience with mainly cats and dogs. I've worked at a doggy daycare for 3 years in my past. I've also pet sat for friends when I was younger. I'm a full time student. I have my own car. I have a good amount of free time and can come to you. My summers are more open and flexible but during school,my schedules will change on availability. I let them come to me. I've loved animals since I was a kid but every animal is different. I'm patient and understanding. I'm very approachable and friendly. My goal is to make sure your fur babies feel safe with me and that doesn't always happen in one visit. I'll be doing my best at making sure your animals get plenty of cuddles and playtime as well as being fed properly and loved on well.

“Karli was amazing! It was my first night away from my boy Bob and I wasn’t sure how he would feel about it, but Karli visited him multiple times, sent pics and videos, and made me feel so much better about being away. I will definitely book with her again!”

About: I have pet sat the small dogs & cats of my friends, their families, and neighbors for a decade+. Pets fill my heart with joy and I love meeting them. I have administered oral medication to pets & am adept at making sure your fur babies are comfortable and loved while you’re away. I am self employed & have time during the week & evenings to walk your pet and make sure their needs are taken care of! Weekends available on a case by case basis. I have my own senior cat to care for, so overnights are not an option. I can come by your home to check on your pets, provide basic care, offer them love and affection, and walk dogs. I do not offer care inside my home.

“Holly is simply the best. She is communicative, accommodating, and attentive to my cat’s needs. She also takes amazing photos of my cat during her visits. Highly recommended!”

About: For the past five years, I’ve raised my rescue—an energetic Great Pyrenees/Irish Wolfhound mix—from a rowdy puppy into a mild-mannered adult. That journey taught me patience, consistency, and just how much love (and fur) a big dog can bring into your life. I’ve handled everything from training and socializing to managing separation anxiety and grooming needs. Now that he’s settled, I have the time, energy, and heart to care for more animals—whether they’re playful pups, gentle seniors, or anything in between. I work remotely with a highly flexible schedule, so I’m available throughout the day and evening with some notice. Whether it’s daily drop-ins, long walks, or overnight stays, I’m happy to work with you to find a schedule that keeps your pet happy and your routine smooth. When I care for pets in their own homes, I prioritize keeping their routines consistent and their environment stress-free. Whether I’m stopping by for a walk, staying overnight, or just keeping them company while you're away, I respect your space and follow your instructions closely—down to the last treat or tummy rub. I understand the trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else—and I take that seriously. You can expect regular updates, photos, and honest communication every step of the way.

About: Hi there! I'm a lifelong dog lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and temperaments. I've owned four dogs, both large and small breeds, and have a deep understanding of their unique needs. One of my dogs had a seizure disorder, so I’m very comfortable administering medications multiple times a day and responding calmly and confidently to medical emergencies like grand mal seizures. I also groom my own long-haired small dog and have experience with breeds that require regular grooming and extra TLC. I volunteered at the ASPCA, where I completed their dog socialization training. This taught me a lot about canine behavior, safety, and how to build trust with dogs of all backgrounds. I walked and socialized dogs at the center, and it was one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done. Over the years, I’ve provided house and pet sitting for family and friends, always making sure to adapt to each pet’s routine and personality. I genuinely enjoy getting to know every dog I meet and aim to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved in my care. Outside of pet care, I work as an environmental scientist and am passionate about protecting wildlife and our natural world. I work a typical Monday–Friday, 8–5 schedule, but have some flexibility and often work from home. I’m happy to accommodate your dog’s specific needs and would love the chance to care for your furry family member! I work in environmental science and typically 8am -5pm Monday through Friday. I have a hybrid schedule that allows me flexibility to work from home or wherever and I have every other Friday off. I am typically free on weekends unless I have a scheduled vacation, which will be on my schedule. I care for pets in their own home to help maintain their routine and sense of comfort. I follow feeding, walking, and medication schedules closely, and always prioritize each dog’s unique needs and personality. With experience handling medical conditions and understanding dog behavior, I create a calm, safe, and loving environment while you’re away. I treat every dog like family and aim to make them feel secure and cared for in your absence.
