About: Hello! I’m Tierney. I’m new to Rover, but I am experienced in pet care. I have worked with furry friends of all sizes, ages, and needs (trust me, I’m a pro at sneakily administering meds with the help of peanut butter)! I’m also excited about ensuring that you feel connected to your pet while you’re away. I have been known to take super cute pictures of pets for text threads. Let’s work together! I am currently working freelance, so I have the freedom to build my own schedule. I have a lot of availability as a result. No matter the time of day, I can be there to care for your furry friend! When pet sitting, I successfully create a safe environment through open communication with my clients. I know prior to working with an animal the exact expectations of the owner.

About: Ive spent my entire life around dogs and cats, both at home and at work. I have experience working in a veterinary setting, and I currently work part time at a doggy daycare/boarding facility. I have a well rounded experience working with cats and dogs, but I've also got experience with reptiles, fish, and amphibians! I usually work evening shifts, so my mornings are always open. I'll have plenty of time to come by and spend time with your pets before work. It's very important to make sure that beyond just getting basic needs met, that I always have time to spoil your pets! Animals deserve love, and when you're away, they deserve it doubly so.

About: I have been taking care of my dog since I was in middle school, feeding him, walking him and I take care of my cat on my own I provide everything for both. I take care of both daily in the morning in the afternoon and at night. I feed them both morning and night, I care for my cat by changing his litter and taking him on walks in his cat stroller and taking my dog on walks. I feed both my cat and dog morning,noon and night and I take my dog on walks. I walk my cat in his cat stroller.

I hired her to come twice a day and she always went above and beyond sending photos of Lucky throughout her visits. He always looked like he was having a great time while she was over. She took him on walks, played with him, and really kept him engaged. I'm always sad when I leave Lucky for a few days, but having Jessica there to keep him company eased my nervousness completely. Would have her watch him again in a heartbeat.”

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, not just the usual dogs and cats, but also horses, goats, chickens, and many other farm animals. Growing up on a farm taught me how to care for all kinds of animals with confidence, patience, and genuine love. I’ve babysat dogs, cats, and even bunnies for others, and I have hands-on experience with tasks like feeding, bathing, grooming, and giving each pet plenty of playtime and cuddles. I’ve also trained my own dogs over the years, working on things like sitting, staying, and basic manners. Because of my lifelong experience and my deep love for animals, I’m comfortable with pets of all ages, sizes, and personalities, and I’m committed to making every animal feel safe, happy, and cared for. Pet care fits easily into my weekly routine. I’m a full-time student at URI, but on most weekdays I finish classes no later than 4:30, which means I’m available for evening visits, walks, and drop-ins. I also keep my weekends open for pet care, giving me plenty of flexible time for longer visits or overnight stays. I do attend church on Sunday mornings for about an hour with family but aside from that, my schedule is very open. I’m committed to making sure each pet gets consistent attention, playtime, and care, and I always plan my days so I can give animals the time and love they deserve. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is keeping their routine as familiar and comfortable as possible. I follow all feeding schedules, walk times, and any special instructions exactly as given. I make sure pets get plenty of playtime, attention, and affection, and I always keep their environment clean, refreshing water, tidying up any messes, and maintaining their normal living space. I also send updates and photos so owners feel connected and reassured while they’re away. If I’m caring for pets in my own home, I create a safe, calm, and cozy space where they can relax and feel at home. I’m attentive to their needs throughout the day, whether that’s exercise, training, cuddles, or quiet time. I make sure they’re supervised, comfortable, and getting the same love and structure they’re used to. No matter where I’m caring for them, I focus on making every pet feel safe, loved, and well taken care of.
