“Jodi was extremely friendly, kind, and thorough in meeting my dog for the first time. She had great questions about temperament, leash walking experience, and our preferences etc. I really appreciated that Jodi shared some of her own experience with her dog currently as well. She is a prompt and clear communicator and punctual. I highly recommend her.”

“Larcy walked our senior pup for us and did a great job. Was very communicative and sent us update photos as well. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future.”

“Rose is very communicative and dependable! My 12 year old heeler warmed right up and she was attentive to his peculiar cattle dog ways. Will definitely have her back to help take care of him again :)”

“I would recommend Shelli to anyone! She is so easy to work with — incredibly responsive, polite, kind, and professional. We were super nervous about using Rover for the first time, but we could not have been luckier to find her. We absolutely plan to continue using her for as long as she wants to walk Aspen. I will recommend her to all of my friends and neighbors. If you are looking for someone you can truly trust with your loved fur babies, Shelli is the perfect choice. She handled our lovely husky lady Aspen wonderfully, and if she can handle a husky, she can handle any dog! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

About: I've owned pets my entire life, including cats and dogs. I've also taken care of other people's pets since 2019. I have experience with pets with behavioral issues as well. I can clean litterboxes and play with cats, as well as walk dogs, take them outside, feed them, play with them, and put them in a crate at night if that's one if the care requirements.
“Taylor walked our two dogs for five days and she was great. She sent videos and pictures from the walks and provided detailed updates. She was flexible with her time and didn't mind walking in the rain. She was great to work with and the dogs really enjoyed their time together. We will work with her again.”

About: I have always been around and involved in pet sitting! Growing up, my mom was a well known pet sitter and we frequently hosted many different animals (you name it!) which gave me a lot of hands on experience in caring for beloved pets. I am taking over my mom’s services and hope to become as reputable and loved as her! I work part time and love to be outside when not at work. I am available for boarding through the week and weekends. I am available to do walks on weekdays. I have a fenced in back yard and one 7 year old German Shepherd male. He is very sweet and loves to go on walks and play! We frequently take him to dog parks and socialize him.
About: I Could Be Your Dog’s Best Friend! Since October of 2025, I’ve become the Primary Sitter for a Black Lab named Tucker. Since his owners are family friends, they do not book me through Rover (Ooh, am I supposed to admit that here?). But I have earned their trust, such that they’ve just given me a spare key to their house, so we’re not handing it back-and-forth every time they go out of town. I’ve had a very good connection with Tucker from the beginning. Given how well he responds to me, I swear he thinks he’s as much my dog as he is my friends’. My dogsitting experience actually began at a music festival, over Labor Fay weekend in 2025. My first day there, I met a woman who needed someone to watch her Black Lab for a couple of hours. I was available. So, we took Aurora over to my tent. She immediately began acting as if she were my dog, and I wound up taking care of her throughout the weekend. At one point, her owner quipped, “She listens to you better than to me!” At the Home Depot, I am part of the Night Crew. I work only 3 nights per week, 4 hours each night. So, I have plenty of time for caring for your pet(s). I cannot do boarding. I am only available for going to the client's home. On a previous dogsitting job, the entire yard was fenced in. The dog had free access to both the front and back yards. In the morning, I fed the dog, played fetch with him, and left him outside for the day. In the evening, we played fetch for a while. Then I brought the dog inside for the evening, fed him, and spent some time just keeping him company, before going home. I was consistently mindful to close the gate when entering and leaving the yard, and to lock the door when leaving the house.
“Adriana was great! She arrived in time, was very attentive to my instructions and info shared on my dogs needs. She communicated great before, during, and after. I will definitely book with her again!”

About: I’m a reliable and caring pet sitter with real, hands-on experience — I’ve had my dog for 10 years and I care for my two cats daily. I’m attentive, responsible, and always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Pet care is already a natural part of my everyday routine. I take care of my two cats and my dog daily, from feeding and cleaning to giving them attention, playtime, and exercise. Because caring for animals is something I’m used to and genuinely enjoy, adding pet sitting into my schedule fits smoothly and feels like an extension of what I already do. At home, I take care of my pets by keeping them on a consistent routine—feeding them on time, cleaning their spaces, giving them playtime, exercise, and lots of attention. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved every day. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their specific instructions closely, maintain their pet’s usual routine, and keep the environment clean and calm. Whether at home or in a client’s home, I focus on giving each pet the same patience, care, and respect I give my own.
About: Stephanie has been a dog lover from a very young age. Sean has worked with dogs in the Military and as a Canine Officer since the age of 18. We believe that your dog should be treated the way they are treated at home- like a family member! We are fortunate to have many years of experience with all types of breeds between us. We excel at bringing new furry personalities into our “pack” and making each dog feel at home. We have a tri-level home that has been “baby gated” to separate doggies if needed. Our yard is completely enclosed with extra safety in mind for potential “escape artists”. We take safety and security very seriously- Sean’s extensive experience as a canine officer/instructor and Stephanie’s lifelong ownership of different breeds allows us to bring all that knowledge together to create the ideal setup and experience for your doggies. We have a doggie door that enables 24/7 access to bathroom breaks, into a secured yard. We recently installed artificial turf in our backyard- an amazing invention for keeping a clean area for doggies to play and run…We currently utilize pet safe cleaner to ensure the turf is clean and safe to play and roll around on. We are able to provide a safe, secure, playful and all-inclusive environment for your fur baby, with light training and excellent pack socialization. We are currently owned by a 2.5 year old female boxer dog named Scarlet. She is a joy and LOVES having friends come by to play with! All of our guests are never left unattended and play time is always supervised. We have experience administering medications, and if needed, can provide a safe “recovery” area for dogs post surgery or with limited mobility. Dogs are fed separately and ONLY if requested by owners, can be crated. We are able to host dogs with special needs- anxiety, special diets, etc (on a case by case basis). With Sean’s extensive working Canine experience, we are able to provide the ideal boarding situation for Military Working Dogs (active/retired) as well as Police Canines. Sean is able to reinforce any current training methods to ensure working dogs maintain proficiencies. Our motto, “just like home” is how we operate! We have multiple dog beds of varying sizes, many, many toys of different kinds and allow couch snuggles as well (if that’s ok with you!) We would prefer a “meet and greet” to get to know your dog(s) so we can plan appropriately for any overnight/boarding guests. We also, love to send pet parents pictures of your doggie’s stay so you can share their experience and see how much fun they are having! Our schedule is centered around dog care! We are able to host dogs in our home every day of the week and available for drop-ins/dog walks Mon-Sat 9am-5pm. Exceptions can be made upon request... We have designed our yard and interior with safety and security as a priority. Yard is fully gated- with multiple "layers", and our home has been baby-gated to provide separation from the pack- if needed. We have interior and exterior cameras to ensure that all dogs have "eyes on" at all times-
About: I've cared for pets since 2014, beginning with family friends in my hometown who have dogs, farm animals, and cats, all with varying types of needs. In 2016, I began walking dogs and pet-sitting in Seattle throughout college, and joined a professional dog-walking and pet-sitting company that year where I remained for 4 years. Since then, I have continued to maintain a personal client base. I have watched pets at all different parts of their life cycle, from kittens and puppies to elderly pets needing specialized care. I have personal experience with trained police canines and protection dogs, as well as reactive dogs. I run my own therapy business, so I have flexibility with my working hours. This allows me to spend time with your animals and give them my undivided attention during our time together! I work from home doing telehealth sessions, so for overnight / multi-day stays, I would be present with your animals even while working my other job. I always make sure pets have access to clean fresh water, assess the space for any accidents that could indicate illness and inform you immediately, check for any safety hazards (pets LOVE to get into crazy stuff sometimes), and am happy to do any extra measures (such as crating, fencing off areas of the hosue, etc.) to ensure they are safe.

About: I've taken care of friends and family's dogs for 10+ years. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I firmly believe life isn't complete without a dog! Available most days for pet care, including weekends and holidays. Very flexible in pets care times! I have 4 animals at home, and I have time to care for yours too! I love spending time with animals. Playing fetch, going on walks, cuddeling up and giving them all the pets. There is no bad time spent with animals.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
