About: I’m a reliable and caring pet sitter with real, hands-on experience — I’ve had my dog for 10 years and I care for my two cats daily. I’m attentive, responsible, and always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. Pet care is already a natural part of my everyday routine. I take care of my two cats and my dog daily, from feeding and cleaning to giving them attention, playtime, and exercise. Because caring for animals is something I’m used to and genuinely enjoy, adding pet sitting into my schedule fits smoothly and feels like an extension of what I already do. At home, I take care of my pets by keeping them on a consistent routine—feeding them on time, cleaning their spaces, giving them playtime, exercise, and lots of attention. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved every day. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their specific instructions closely, maintain their pet’s usual routine, and keep the environment clean and calm. Whether at home or in a client’s home, I focus on giving each pet the same patience, care, and respect I give my own.

About: We don’t currently have pets of our own, but my experience with animals spans their entire lifetime. I raised both a Shih Tzu-Poodle mix and a Tibetan Terrier from puppies into their senior years. They were truly part of our family, and after losing them, I’m not emotionally ready to adopt again. Pet sitting feels like the perfect win-win your pets will be showered with love, attention, and care, while also bringing that special furry companionship back into our home. I’m experienced in daily pet care, including brushing and coat maintenance. Since both of our dogs had coats that matted easily, daily brushing and regular grooming were essential, and I personally maintained and trimmed their coats myself. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I’ve pet sat for friends and family during vacations, often caring for their pets for weeks at a time. I also worked as a nanny for several years, where I regularly cared for a German Shepherd who became one of my favorites. We took daily walks to the park, and I helped maintain his coat, especially during shedding season. My love for animals began growing up on a farm surrounded by dogs, cats, and frequent litters of puppies and kittens. Being able to witness and help care for animals from such a young age gave me a deep appreciation for them and taught me patience, attentiveness, and compassion. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets, and I will always care for them as if they were part of my own family. My schedule is very flexible, I work from home in the evenings, the timing is perfect for winding down, they can relax in my office while I work or in our living room or room. In my home: Safety is my top priority. I have a large, fully fenced backyard, that connect directly to our lower living area allowing for secure and easy access for potty breaks. For variety i can take them around our neighborhood for walks and can utilize a large park at a nearby school for additional play time. Pet not good on walks, NO PROBLEM: Having owned a Tibetan Terrier who was incredibly loving with family and children, but reactive to other dogs on walks I deeply understand that every dog is different. If a pet is anxious or not good on walks, we can stay withing our private back yard. In the clients home: I follow the owners established routines and instructions to keep the pet safe and comfortable in their familiar environment, including tailored neighborhood walks.
About: Growing up, we always had dogs in the house & my favorite pair were the Chihuahua & German shephard, together. My most recent experience was with our 13yr old Corgi who we recently lost due to illness. His last months included multiple medications so I have experience with pills, tablets, etc. While the thought of another dog is out of the question, I would love to give my attention to another animal, if only for a few hours a day. Tho I have no "professional" experience, four walks a day, every day, rain or shine, 365 days a year x 13 years I believe does qualify me to show some love to a deserving pet. Cats, that are friendly & cuddly but not super "standoff-ish" are great too, I just dont have as much experience with cats as much as I do dogs. I provide dependable drop-in visits and dog walking with a focus on consistency, communication, and keeping pets comfortable in their normal routine. I’m comfortable with both cats and dogs and experienced handling feeding, litter boxes, walks, and general check-ins. I understand how important it is to have someone reliable in your home or with your pets, so I make sure to follow instructions carefully and provide updates (during) & after every visit with photos. I’m flexible with scheduling and respond quickly to messages, including same-day requests when available. Currently, my availability is incredibly wide open. I can do mornings, afternoons or evenings whatever is needed. If at all possible, I prefer to keep my clients close in case something comes up plus it just makes things alot easier. I do own a car & drive just fyi. While we do have a fenced backyard, we're just not ready to board a pet here at our home just yet thanks for understanding. While doing a "drop-in" or a "stay" I will treat your pets as if they were my own. Same goes for your place of residence. My goal is for pet parents to return to their homes making it look like I wasn't there, except of course for your happy, well-fed & well taken care of furry buddies. If your dog just absolutely LOVES to play, I have a tendency to stay a bit longer, at no extra fee of course just cuz I love to play too.🙂
“Taylor walked our two dogs for five days and she was great. She sent videos and pictures from the walks and provided detailed updates. She was flexible with her time and didn't mind walking in the rain. She was great to work with and the dogs really enjoyed their time together. We will work with her again.”

About: I’ve not only had my own pets throughout my entire life, but have cared for the pets of those around me on multiple occasions, whether it be dog walking for neighbors, or pet sitting for vacations. I work from home and am typically available all day to care for your pets. I am flexible and can come check on your pets when needed as well. When checking in on your pets in your home I will spend quality time with them, while also checking their food and water supply and making sure their living situation is up to standard. When caring for pets in my home, I will treat them as my own.

Lakeland North dog parents share their Rover experiences
We needed a dog walker as my husband was recovering from foot surgery and I was leaving town for a few days. Xiaotong did a fantastic job with our pups. She sent lots of photos of their walks. They were thrilled to go with her each day. We will certainly call on her again.
