I am now a full-time pet care provider and dog trainer in-training after over a decade as a youth development professional and educator. What was supposed to be a fun side gig is now my new career path! Giving your pets the full attention they deserve will be my number one priority.

I am a strong and willing communicator, so I will reach out if I have questions or see anything of concern. I am also always excited to send pictures of your babies if you desire it! I am happy to provide service to all pet breeds, species, and personalities. Please let me know if your pet may require special accommodations, or if there are specific behaviors you are actively working on with your pet. I will want to provide consistency for your pet, so this information is helpful.
A typical day
Daily play and enrichment is key for a happy pet! Depending on the personality of your pet and/or guided by specific instructions from the owner, I may engage my clients with nose work, fetching games, enrichment toys, etc. I practice positive reinforcement and reward natural positive behaviors. I have a large yard for pups to run and can also take pups for walks to Celebration Park or the BPA trail near by.

Pet care experience
Along with caring for my own pups and animals growing up, I also worked in animal husbandry for over 6 years caring for various livestock and wildlife. I am a trained foster dog parent and have successfully rehomed five rescues after intensive behavior training and love. I now also have my own special needs (deaf) rescue pup who is my forever shadow and light, a spunky rabbit who rules the house, and two foster bunnies looking for their fur-ever home! (Let me know if you’re interested in adopting! 🙂) I look forward to having the opportunity to provide loving care to your furry four-legged children!

We had our first walk with Issana for our new rescue and she is great! She is very patient, kind, and a good communicator.
My cat loved her. Usually she's shy around strangers but Issana was able to give my cat her meds without much trouble. Hope she's available for my next trip!
