Pet care experience
Pawsitive Pet Sitter!
Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them is something I truly enjoy. I have my own dog, Bambi, who has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding each dog’s unique personality. Whether your pup loves long walks, sniffing every tree, playing fetch, or taking a slower pace, I’ll tailor each walk to their needs. I treat every dog as if they were my own, making their safety, happiness, and comfort my top priorities. You can expect reliable communication, plenty of photo updates, and the peace of mind that your furry family member is in caring, dependable hands. 🐾

Safety, trust & environment
Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities. I share my home with my friendly, one-year-old pit bull, Bambi, who loves meeting other dogs and enjoys having playmates when they’re a good match. If your dog prefers their own space, I’m happy to accommodate their individual needs and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their stay. I can accommodate crate-trained dogs if needed and will follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, medications, and bedtime routines. My home has hardwood floors for easy cleanup, and we have quick, convenient access to the outdoors, making frequent potty breaks and daily walks easy and stress-free. Every pet in my care receives plenty of attention, exercise, playtime, affection, and regular updates with photos so you can feel confident they’re being treated like part of the family while you’re away.
Ratings and reviews
First and foremost, as a Rover customer who believes that great communication as one of the foundational aspects to building trustful relationships with any dog daycare sitters, I feel the need to address my recent frustrating missed communication exchanges from Nathaly on a public review. Also, just for everyone’s awareness, Nathaly isn’t the only point of contact for care on this account. Her boyfriend is involved with the care interactions as well, but does not specify on the Rover profile. The interaction between Nathaly (and her boyfriend) and I was optimistic at first during the meet and greet before my dog Maple’s initiated scheduled booking for doggy started from Monday 10/28 to Thursday 10/31, from 12pm to 10:00/10:30pm. Granted, these dates and times are specified on my original booking request. Communication was great on Monday 10/28 (she notified me of potty breaks, walk, sent pictures etc). As we arrived on time the next day Tuesday 10/29 (12:00 pm drop-off) we had waited a few minutes outside since nobody answered the door until she arrived minutes later to take Maple. Later that evening, she notified me that she was at her BF’s house in Kent, (which was ok with me since I am currently moving into the same area at this time). I did confirm with her during pick-up that night in Kent that we would be coming to her in Federal Way for Drop-Off the next day, same time in the afternoon (12:00 pm). During these exchanges, I have sent Nathaly courtesy messages to notify her before we were coming to drop-off and when I was on my way to pick my dog Maple up. When I notified Nathaly Wednesday 10/30 at approximately 11:30 am that we were on our way, a few minutes before I was approaching her home in Federal Way, I received a response from her asking “In Federal Way right?”. I was under the impression the details were already confirmed during drop-off the night before. If drop-off was in Kent, then I would think those details would’ve been provided to me earlier that day. Later that evening, I informed Nathaly that I was leaving work 30 minutes early and was on my way over to her home in Federal Way to pick Maple up. About 10 minutes within my commute (from Renton) to her home, she had called me through Rover to inform me at that moment that my dog was with her boyfriend in Kent, and that she was called into some other work commitment that she had to tend to. I kept my composure on the phone, as I was turning around from the freeway to go to Kent, but ultimately, I was very upset at the lack of communication from her on this day. I was not informed throughout this scheduled daycare when exactly Maple was dropped off at Kent with Nataly’s boyfriend. The documented care for Maple’s doggy daycare Rover card this day was not started nor ended in an accurate timely manner as well. Again, one of the little things that was missed, but definitely does reflect the quality of attention to documented care on time. Additionally, my dog Maple and I arrived at Nathaly’s home in Federal Way this afternoon (Thursday 10/31) and waited for a few minutes, then left since nobody was home. I sent a message to inform her we had been waiting at her home for a few minutes, then left after 10 minutes passed by. I then received a message from Nathaly shortly after leaving her home (no-drop off/not present) indicating that she didn’t realize that today was part of the initial scheduled booking. How could you not know this information, considering the fact that the booking details specify dates and time frames of the booked sitting duration? This has honestly been very frustrating and makes me question whether my dog was actually receiving adequate attention and activity during daycare with Nathaly, if she’s not being attentive to these specific details and not communicating alternative changes at the time they occur? Thankfully, I was able to receive a refund for today’s missed scheduled daycare, but ultimately, yesterday and today’s missed communication on Nathaly’s end was disappointing. The missed communication today resulted to me being late for shift at work. Nathaly is kind, but I did not appreciate the lack of communication yesterday and today. First impressions are huge, therefore, I do not plan or intend to book care with her in the future again.

Nathaly was so responsive and caring. She gave multiples updates with pictures and was so reliable. Her dog, Stella, got along with our dog very well and they played alot! Roddy was so tired and satisfied after we got him back. We will book our dog with her again in future.

Nathaly came through to care for our 8 month GS puppy with such patience and understanding as we had to go through a family loss. It was hard at times to know what time to pick up, but Nathaly gave us a big relief to know Tobie was cared for. Also blessed with toys to help him stay occupied when not playing. Thank you Nathaly and Stella!!

Was very pleased with Nathaly and her fur baby, Stella. Appreciated updates of photos and videos that was comforting to know Tobie was doing okay. Was also great to have another German shepherd to play with Tobie. Stella was a bonus in helping Tobie adjust. My Tobie came home tired and ready to sleep. Though Tobie still needs training, Nathaly took time to help Tobie. I would definitely request for Nathaly again. Thank you Nathaly and Stella!!!

Nathaly is very attentive to Maya. And she's a great listener.

Great experience with Nathaly! She was sweet and caring to our dogs while we were gone and sent pictures which always makes it easier when we have to leave them for the weekend. Will definitely be reaching out to her again when we need her.

Schedule
I work from home most days of the week, giving me plenty of flexibility in my schedule. I also receive great support from my boyfriend, which allows us even more time to focus on caring for pets. I use my free time productively, supporting the health and happiness of other pups to help them live long, healthy lives.
