Hello! My name is Jodi, and I'm a passionate animal lover with years of experience in pet care. I've been taking care of pets since I was a young child, and for the past five years, I've been fostering cats and kittens for two local shelters. In addition, I've professionally walked dogs and provided drop-in services for all kinds of pets, from dogs and cats to goats and chickens. At home, I have two rescue cats and a boxer mix of my own who are a cherished part of my family. I know how important your pets are to you, and I'll treat them with the same love, care, and attention that I give to my own. Whether you need someone to walk your dog, feed your cats, or take care of your chickens while you're away, I'm here to help. Let's chat and see how I can assist you and your furry (or feathered) family members! You can count on me to arrive on time and take great care of your pets during drop-in visits. Jodi is amazing, this was probably the 6th or 7th time that she's taken care of the kitties! She took excellent care of our furbabies and our home - going the extra mile to bring in packages and helping us coordinate through a plumbing emergency whilst being on the other side of the planet! The cats were very happy with her, tails up throughout the trip and lots of personalized love and attention for the shyer fur baby. The home was well taken care of and it was clear that Jodi had taken care to broom around the stairs and always been prompt and thorough with the litter and meds. 10/10, wouldn't go with any other sitter. She even made a video for me when I began missing them extra and was even open to a facetime!! THANK YOU!!
Goose was well taken care of and Jodi is was really nice especially for agreeing to take care of her in a very short notice. I would recommend her any time.
She did a good job of taking care of my cats
Our cats were in great hands with Jodi. She would keep us updated with daily photos of them and how they were doing. Jodi is a great cat sitter and we will reach out again next time we’re in need.

Schedule
Using my home as home base, I have a very flexible Rover schedule. I generally do pet care from 8am-8pm five to seven days a week year round.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully fenced and padlocked backyard for visiting dogs to use. I have a backyard cattery that I use for my foster cats/kittens or when I am boarding cats. The cattery has a double door system for security. Only cats from the same household are boarded together. I require a Meet & Greet for all dog services and I prefer to also have them for cat services.
Pets
A typical day
Dogs will go for walks with me around my neighborhood. They will also have several opportunities for supervised free play in my fully fenced backyard. Evening lap cuddles while watching TV are usually also part of the routine. Cats will have the run of the cattery where there are cat trees, tunnels and other fun toys. Shy cats will have a couple of places where they can hide until they feel more comfortable.
