About: Hi! My names Brianna and I’m your pets new best friend! I am a 25 year old vegan that was raised by a mom that worked in an animal sanctuary out on the West Coast. When we moved here to Rhode Island, my mom continued to be a vet tech and brought her love of animals home while we fostered all kinds! My love for animals alongside learning to care for them is not only in my blood, but began at a very young age. I have 10 pets of my own at home! Cats, reptiles, and spiders. While my cats are too attention demanding to have a dog of my own at the moment, I LOVE being around dogs whenever possible, there’s no dog too big or too small for me! This why I decided to join Rover! I’m also experienced in working with older, nervous, and young animals. I’m so excited to get to know your pet(s). Please feel free to inquire about daily/weekly/bi-weekly visits etc. getting to know your animals on a more personal level will make everything smoother for everyone involved and I’d love to be a long term friend. I work from home in social media & marketing and create my own schedule, so I am available for same day visits and can work from wherever! I’m basically always on call for those last minute drop ins. I also love being outdoors and set aside time to go for walks every day, so taking a dog along with me would make what I already do even better. I have experience with ALL types of animals so there is no request that will be new to me. My own home has reptiles, cats, arachnids, and I’ve even fostered dogs’ Have something specific your pet wants? I’m all ears! There’s nothing to big, small, or “weird” for me.

About: Growing up next to a door trainer is no joke. It was definitely my gateway into pet sitting. With years of experience sitting all kinds of animals, I’ve never met a dog that hasn’t loved me. About: I’ve taken care of cats and dogs since I was 10 years old. My first job was working as a cat sitter for my neighbor’s young cat, Monkey. I’ve stayed at neighbors houses to watch their dogs since high school, providing regular walks, enrichment, and love. I’ve worked with puppies as young as 10 weeks and dogs as old as 12 years. I’ve worked with pets with special needs and medication needs. Most importantly, I truly love animals. As my sister’s weenie dog puppy can attest, nothing makes me happier than having an animal curled up on my lap. Even if it means dealing with some scratches or disciplining, being around pets is always worth it! As a student, my schedule is super flexible. I’m happy to take care of pets whenever I can. I love early morning walks, so I’m available as early as 7:30 am. My house requires getting up a few flights of stairs, so large senior pups may struggle. Otherwise, any animals are welcome. I’m happy to stay at other folks’ homes as I know this often makes animals more comfortable. I’m flexible to whatever your house rules are!

About: From an early age, I always had an empathic heart towards animals. I grew up in the Caribbean where a copious amount of stray animals roam & inhabit our island. Our problem as a community started with not prioritizing safeguard measures to control the population of our animals. And as a result, the animals suffer. Education and resources are big players to combat that, and as a young child growing up in that environment, the need to help and care for animals got instilled pretty quickly. So I grew up very sensitive to the plight of animals who needed help. Which is why I believe dog walking/dog sitting in NYC is so vital, traditionally as apartment pets living in NYC. Space and access to it is a commodity, and with the working class leaving home every day with these pets at home I can understand how important it is to get these pets outside and to exercise them and give them attention. Also during my time fostering multiple special need animals back when I was in college, & caring for sick animals opened up my eyes to the value of quality care and time. Many a time while I was fostering, I noticed the animal shelter running out space to house and support animals who needed help and shelter. Which was actually how I came to fostering. I couldn't necessarily adopt at the time, so instead, I temporarily offered up my space and attention to special need animals who needed support. And I loved every minute of it. I loved taking pictures and would be great updating owners on the status of their pets. I'll even take short video clips/recordings keeping owners aware on whats happening with their loved ones. Living in the city teaches me on a daily basis how important communication is so that being said I'm quick to respond to texts and emails, so if there's any questions or concerns I'm very easy to reach. Again all breeds are welcomed. I have experience with taking care of neo-natal newborn kittens to my dear former pet "Morpheus" Rottweiler who was 105lbs of sweetness. A pet to me is like family, and you can 100% expect that quality level of care. I have a flexible schedule can't wait to schedule a meet and greet so I can assuage any questions or concerns you'll have for me.

This was our second time booking with Jasmine to watch our cat while we were away. Once again, Jasmine impressed with her care of and attention to our cat. She went above and beyond, even taking out the litter trash and offering to help with a few household tasks. We'll book with Jasmine again the next time we're headed out of town.
As always, Christa was fabulous with our cats! We contacted her with short notice and luckily for us-she had space in her schedule. Christa always sends pictures that include all of the cats. They had plenty of fresh water and food while we were away And all their litter boxes were in great shape!! She is the best!
