“Was kind, punctual, and really great with my cats. Even my shy little boy opened up to him very quickly. I was nervous hiring a cat sitter but im very pleased with how Noah helped”

About: I have been taking care of dogs and cats since 10 and had foster dogs for the past year. I am very familiar with their habits and have a blog recording all the dogs I’ve met on the street including their names and personalities so I could recognize them the next time we met. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work from home and spend most of my day at home. This allows me to provide regular supervision, companionship, feeding, playtime, and exercise. I can also guarantee at least two one-hour outdoor walks each day, ensuring pets stay active, engaged, and well cared for. I provide a safe, clean, and structured environment for every pet in my care. My home has enough dedicated space to accommodate a crate for dogs up to 100 lbs if needed. Whether caring for pets in my home or a client's home, I closely follow their routines, feeding schedules, exercise needs, and any special instructions. I am attentive, confident handling dogs of different sizes, and committed to science-based pet care practices that prioritize both physical and emotional well-being. Building trust with pets and their owners is extremely important to me, and I treat every animal as if they were my own.
“Sarah was great at caring for our three dogs. She provided timely updates and put my mind at ease knowing she was there for them. She was also extremely flexible and understanding during my MANY schedule / last minute changes. Will book again for sure.”

“Maryann is always so great with our two cats! We're currently stuck in the introductory phase and she proactively helped out by doing some scent swapping with our cats to help grow their comfort with each other while we were away.”

“Kaitlyn was wonderful with my shy, retiring cat. She knows how kitties work and was able to entice her out. She was easy to connect with and gave great updates to make the fur Mom happy. I will be booking her again.”

“Emma is GREAT!!! Responsive, on time, great with my dog. She's super nice, friendly and made me super comfortable knowing my little girl was in good hands with her. I'm definitely booking again!!!”

“Camilla was wonderful! Very detail-oriented and communicative. Our cat is a little high maintenance and Camilla stayed on top of her supplements and routines. Would definitely book with Camilla again!”

About: I bring years of hands-on experience and genuine passion to every pet I care for. I’ve been volunteering at animal shelters for around 8 years, regularly walking and spending time with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. In addition, I’ve had dogs of my own for over 10 years, giving me experience with pets at every stage of life — from energetic puppies to gentle seniors. I have always had a deep love and patience for animals. I truly care for every pet as if they were my own, paying close attention to their unique personalities and needs. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and ages, and I understand how to adapt my approach whether it’s high-energy playtime, structured walks, or calm companionship. I am looking for weekday stop-ins and walks, along with weekend stays, that will fit around my graduate school schedule at Brown University. Hours are relatively flexible. I love ALL animals from the top to the bottom of my heart, and I’m committed to making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away.
“Oxana did a great job looking after our cat Bean while we were away for a long weekend trip, feeding him and taking care of the litter box. Oxana was communicative about issues with our apartment building entrance lock too. Grateful for the attentive care!”

“Ellie was awesome! She was incredibly responsive and sent pictures of our Tucker on walks and playing around the house. She was nice enough to meet up beforehand and listened to all our instructions to take care of our pup! Will definitely use her again in the future!”

“Sam was a wonderful cat sitter! She was quick to communicate and shared lots of photos. After we returned home, I'm pretty sure one of our cats went to the door at Sam's typical arrival time to wait for her! Sam also thoughtfully took the stinky litter garbage to the outside trash, even though I had said it wasn't necessary. We'd love to have her back next time we're out of town.”

“Maya did an excellent job taking care of my cat, communicated extremely well, and sent lots of cute photos. Very trustworthy and kind. I think I've found a go-to sitter! Thanks again.”

“Aidan is exceptionally skilled in how to approach a rescue pup like mine who has big feelings about meeting new people and needs time and space to feel safe. They have great instincts, soft mannerisms, and came up with some very helpful ideas to make the whole process less stressful. .”

Ben was such an attentive cat sitter to my three boys while I was away. He cleaned up a few messes, picked up medication, and communicated so well. I came home to 3 happy boys with clean bowls, an empty trash, and no weird smells (the dream return home scenario!)

I travel for work and Kristine is my go-to to watch my 10 year old rag doll cat who can be pretty high maintenance at times (kitty ibs). Kristine is quite literally the best and I know that whatever happens Kristine can handle it and keep me posted in a timely manner. You’d be a silly goober to not book with them!
After we set up a pet/person meet-and-greet a few weeks back, Noah took excellent care of my cat over the past long weekend! He was communicative and sent pictures and a quick progress update at each visit. My cat was happy and healthy when I returned and, from the pics, really enjoyed her visits with Noah (lots of snuggles!) I will definitely rebook for future visits!

I would give 6 stars if I could. This was my first time using Rover so my wife and I weren’t sure what to expect but Cayla took amazing care of our fur babies while we were on vacation for almost a week. 10/10 would recommend Cayla for any kitty care and will absolutely be hiring her again for future trips out of town. Thanks so much, Cayla!!

Maryann was wonderful. She arrived prepared, notebook in hand, and was incredibly organized. I could tell right away that she was thoughtful, responsible, and genuinely caring. She also fosters (and has “foster failed”) cats and dogs, so it’s clear how much she loves animals. Highly recommend.
