“Grace did a wonderful job taking care of my cat while I was away. She was quick to update and respond with communication and I returned to a happy and healthy cat 😊 Thank you Grace!”

“Jordan is amazing to work with! She goes above and beyond any expectations I have. She is super helpful and is diligent in her care towards my cats. I never have to worry when she’s watching the cats because I know if there’s an issue she will let me know right away. She didn’t shy away from trying to figure out the litter robot issues and I really appreciated her efforts for it.”

“We hired Kylie to take care of our babies for 10 days and I couldn’t be more pleased. I was very nervous as this was the first time leaving them in the hands of someone else for so long. She gave constant updates and took care of my babies just as she said she would. She was in constant communication and everything went smooth. She has no problem giving me pictures and updates. I will happily use her again in the future. If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, friendly sitter — Kylie is the one. Can’t thank her enough!”

“Stephanie goes above and beyond to make sure that my cat is cared for and that I have plenty of updates when I am away from home. I am never worried or anxious about my cat when she’s caring for her.”

“Karlie did a wonderful job checking in on my kitties making sure they had fresh litter, food and water. She followed directions and communicated with me so that the visit went smooth. She also helped me out by stopping by on a whim. I will continue to use her services.”

About: I grew up around animals, both cats and dogs, and have always loved meeting other people’s dogs and cats!! I have walked dogs, most recently in DC over this past summer. I have also stayed with people’s cats. I understand how meaningful pets are to their families, and I want to be known as a safe, reliable person you can count on when you are going out of town and sadly can’t bring your pet! I will look after your pets like they are my own, even for a short period of time. I currently work full-time at a nonprofit in Virginia Beach. My apartment doesn’t allow for pets, so I thought Rover would be a great way to be around animals in the time that I cannot have my own. I am very active, so I love going on walks with dogs, and I am happy to spend my weekends hanging out with your pets. While I am often not available from 9-5 on the weekdays, I am available for weekends and after 5 on the weekdays, in case you work different hours than I do and need someone to check in on your pup or cat! I completely understand the love and value we have for our homes and our pets. While I cannot have pets in my apartment, I can guarantee to respect your home and treat it with the utmost care, while making sure your pet is safe and having a good time!
About: I’ve owned all types of animals since I was a young girl, from cats to dogs to birds to turtles to rabbits. Most recently, I have owned a small dog and multiple cats. I am very dependable, and your furry friends will be well loved in my care I am retired and have full availability at the moment, so I am able to stop in mornings, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. No restrictions :) I am unable to board animals in my home currently as I rent, but am able to stop in and care for the animals in your home as needed.
“Kelsey did a great job checking on my cats while I was out of town! One of them is very scared of new people, but Kelsey made sure she ate and even got her to come out and say hello.”

About: I have one small 3 legged rescue and just adopted another rescue September 2025 who is recovering from being hit by a car. Both are chihuahua s Prior to moving to Virginia I fostered both cats and dogs. I was known as a foster failure since I adopted many of my fosters and at one time I had 8 dogs. I love all animal but have a special place in my heart for dogs. I am retired and have lots of time on my hands and would love to spend some time with your dog when you are not able to. I will treat them as if they were mine9. I have two small dog that does fine with other dogs. My yard is fenced and secure. I believe dogs belong in the house since they are part of the family.
“Allysha did an absolutely wonderful job. If you are looking for someone to care for your animal that they are their own allysha is that person, will definitely be booking again when we need someone to check in on Marco.”

About: I have been around animals since I was born and started taking care of them and tending to their needs when I was five. I lived at Camp Lejune for four years and for two of those years, I was relied on to tend to some of the house pets around base. I worked as mostly a dog sitter, but i have worked with cats and even a ferret! i am available all throughout the week! typically on weekends, i do not have a ride to and from locations, but can always work something out!! As i cannot take an animal into my own home, i will either do drop-ins or do an overnight stay. After meeting the animal, i would visit and if i’m doing a drop-in, i’d stay up to two hours (more, if needed or requested) and help the animal get its energy out and eat! if i’m doing an overnight stay, i’d keep to a schedule that is discussed before or during the animal meet.
“Brenda is amazing, she was so good with Richie. She kept us updated daily and provided photos of our cat Richie. I definitely recommend her and will contact her again to watch Richie.”

“Madison was an amazing sitter! She somehow won over my lil old lady kitty in a matter of days. She was super pleasant and very responsive. Thanks, Madison! Hope to have you watch Cabby again”

“Lisa did a great job taking care of my cats while I was out of town. I had a last minute change of plans and had to find a petsitter on short notice. Lisa was so helpful with setting up a meet and greet and booking the appointment in just two days. It was definitely less stressful for me knowing the cats would be in good hands!”
“Kess was absolutely incredible :) she sent such cute photos and showed so much patience and love to my skittish cat that he came out of his shell in no time. I knew I could trust her to take extra good care of him in my absence. Will absolutely book again in the future. Thanks Kess!!”

Alexis is super, super sweet and did such a good job taking care of our kitty while we were away! She was available for a super last minute booking and really went above and beyond with the time she spent and her ability to deal with the unforeseen challenges with our kitty’s feeder dying while we were away. She did an amazing job and we would absolutely book her again for future travel.

Another perfect trip thanks to Larry! Our sweet black kitty Ivy is very shy when it comes to new people. We have been using Larry consistently and now she sees him as part of the family and comes out when he arrives! Thank you Larry for your patience and dedication to our fur babies! Always 10/10 ⭐️

Kirsten was so great! She provided drop in visits once a day for our cat while we were gone over Thanksgiving and went above and beyond with his care. She also made sure the automatic feeder was functioning properly so that he was all set for the morning meals!
