Abby was absolutely INCREDIBLE. After my scheduled sitter cancelled 4 days before I was supposed to leave town, I contacted Abby from the start she was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. She sent me multiple photos and videos and updates about the boys and how they were doing, and she took wonderful care of them. I never once was concerned while I was traveling which is hard for me (even with the best of sitters). One of my pups even had a medical issue that started right before the trip, and she followed all of the instructions I left for his medicines to a T. His sore on his armpit looks better than it would if I were here trying to take care of it. She also took care of so much around my apartment on her departure. Due to the coastal flooding, it took me two hours to get home, so it was a godsend knowing I could just fall back into my bed when I walked in the door. My place looked exactly like it did when I left. I look forward to trusting Abby with my pups for my next trip, and it's put my mind at ease finding someone so caring and reliable!
Sophie was incredible! It was the first time we ever used a pet sitter let alone a house sitter. Erin did an incredible job! We have an elder dog who is vision impaired and she did an amazing job keeping him company while we were out of the country. She administered his medications perfectly and kept him safe from harming himself. When we came home all of the pets were happy and clearly well taken care of. I cannot recommend her enough she is truly one of the best!
Kelsey spent a long weekend at our house to take care of the dogs, and it was great to have that peace of mind while we were away. Kelsey has a great calm, quiet presence which the dogs respond to very well. He kept me updated with pictures and responded quickly to my numerous check-ins. When we returned, the house was exactly as we left it, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely keep him as our top choice when we need a sitter going forward.
