I grew up in a home full of animals and have always loved caring for pets. Over the years, I've helped friends, family, and neighbors by walking, feeding, and keeping their pets company when needed! My experience working in long-term care and within the hospital has taught me to be very attentive and compassionate to the individual needs of humans, and I believe that the same is true for animals. Each pet has their own personality, needs, and comforts! I do not currently have a pet of my own anymore, so I have bunches of love to give to your best friend!

Sophie was incredible! It was the first time we ever used a pet sitter let alone a house sitter. Sophie was incredibly communicative, completely easing our anxiety and was great with our two large dogs (who would easily be too much for most people). We immediately booked her for another trip we have coming up, and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking. 6/5 stars!

Sophie is a great house/dog sitter. She was very communicative and send lots of pic… it seems my pup behaves better for others than for me. Sophie gave Zoey plenty of attention and took her for a number of walks a day. She was very kind and respectful of my home and left it cleaner than before. I would recommend Sophie services and hope she is available the next time I request her.
Sophie is a pure ray of sunshine who will provide the most loving care for any furry friend. Growing up with tons of animals around her, she knows how to use a gentle hand in their care. The well-being and safety of your pet is her top priority, while making sure to stay in contact with you the whole time. She is simply wonderful!
Sophie took wonderful care of both my dog and cat! She made sure that they were both well taken care of, including being fed, walked, and played with! Both pets are so excited to see her whenever she comes over to watch them! I cannot recommend her enough; her love for animals and the care she gives them is truly amazing and unmatched!

Schedule
I am a current PA student in the area, so I would love to take care of your pet in my extra down-time and as a study distraction! I do have class Monday-Friday and am typically on campus for 4 hour blocks while in lecture, but am able to run home between if needed! Otherwise, I am often at home studying or going on walks. My schedule will remain updated to my most current availability. I am located in Ghent, but am very happy to commute to anywhere most convenient for you.

I have a lot of space and live on the 3rd floor of my apartment, so I can promise that your pet will be very comfortable in my home! While I don't have a large outdoor space, I do have small backyard for potty breaks. I am also in a nice residential area with a lot of parks and space for walking/playing. I am also always walking around, so I am happy to be outside for as long as your pet would like.

I would love to know your pet's typical routine so that I can tailor to them specifically! We will definitely get active outside if your animal is open to it.
