So it was really hard for me to leave them alone... Such a huge mental challenge that was made so much easier by Kaylee’s care, patience and attention to detail. She’s young but admirably responsible. I left so many instructions printed with pictures explaining everything about their personalities, preferences and routines that I’m sure it was overwhelming, but she was absolutely amazing and did exactly what I asked. I think she understood that I was anxious, worried and sad about leaving them alone, so she sent me pictures of each of the 5 cats every single day during those 19 days we were away from home, which I’m sure must have been a big challenge because they hid from her and my house is big, a two story house... But I needed to be sure they were all alive and okay, and she went the extra mile looking for them and taking pictures every single day for me. And because of that, she scored many points! I’m so glad we found her because it’s been so hard to find a reliable cat sitter nowadays. As soon as we got home, I could see how tidy everything was and how much care she had taken with every detail I had explained about their food, water and bowls, as well as all the cat litter boxes in the house. Jazmin has watched our pets a few times now and I can say she’s truly outstanding with animals and is a delight to work with. We have a reactive chihuahua who is VERY choosy about who watches her and brand new rescue Pomchi who can also take a while to warm up, but Jazmin seems to have the magic touch when it came to earning trust and building a relationship quickly. Jazmin took time to meet with us ahead of our trip to meet the animals and address concerns, has always been communicative, sharing updates consistently (with pictures!) and meeting the very specific needs of our extended furry family. I can see why she has so many outstanding reviews. She’s one of the very few people we will trust with our petsitting needs! I can’t recommend her enough.
Kimberly was a fantastic caretaker for our two anxious pups! She was so communicative and caring, making sure to let us know exactly when she was arriving and how our pups were doing (pics included). Even our skittish girl Lilly was at ease with Kimberly and let her give cuddles and medication to her. Kimberly treated our home with respect and left it nice and clean. 10/10 recommend and we’ll definitely be working with her again!!
