About: Hi, I’m Cheyenne, and I hope to be your beloved pets new caregiver. My goal is to give you the peace of mind that I as a pet parent would want while away. I have a seven-year-old German Shepherd, who I have been with through each stage of his life. This has allowed me to gain the experience to care for puppies, troublesome teenage dogs, and senior dogs as well. I have volunteered as a dog walker at my local humane societies since 2018 helping to further my experience with dogs of all personality types. You can expect clear communication, timely updates, and plenty of photos so that there is no worry in your mind while you are away from your pet. I am willing to be flexible with a schedule that works for you and your pet. I am an early riser so if you need a morning drop in or a walk, I would be happy to provide you that service. Given it is summertime I am also available for evening walks once the heat of the day has cooled down. At the time I currently do not offer in-home pet services, but will happily come by your residence to care for your pet. I strive to create a sense of normalcy for your pet while you are away whether that be to cuddle them on the couch or play fetch in the backyard.

Both are chihuahua s Prior to moving to Virginia I fostered both cats and dogs. I was known as a foster failure since I adopted many of my fosters and at one time I had 8 dogs. “I could rave about how absolutely amazing Samantha was with my Khaleesi for hours, but I’ll keep it short for reading purposes. My dog Khaleesi is a high anxiety dog and does not do well with strangers and typically hides from them. Samantha had her during the day for 3 days, and from day 1 Khaleesi took right to her. It did take some warming up time, but Samantha kept me very updated and sent pictures throughout the day. By the end of the 3 days, Khaleesi was walking into Samantha’s house without hesitation and didn’t even turn around to look at me. Samantha is incredible and I highly recommend her!!!!”

About: I’ve taken care of my dog and my aunt’s dog since I was nine. I’m twenty now and both of my fur babies are still kicking, barking, and happy. I’ve always loved animals, even helping to rescue some when I was little such as these two baby ducks and other little birdies and frogs too. In school, my teacher had a pet chameleon and turtle and I always was excited to help feed them. I actually started majoring in Biology at first in college to be a veterinarian or zoologist. I have a different path now to help children but I still have a passion for pets and other beautiful creatures of this Earth. I am a college student as mentioned before but I have all online classes this upcoming Fall semester amd I live on campus but can be at home when needed for boarding. I do rely on my mother, brother or friends for transportation but they are willing to help and be available as needed. Please give me a chance and you won’t regret it. :) I make sure the pets first get to know me, smell me, and recognize me to be comfortable with me. Then, I interact with them more by playing with them and giving them rubs and cuddles so they can feel more connected and comfortable. Then, definitely make sure they eat and drink the right food for their health and nourishment. Then, walk them so they can do their business and get exercise and always make sure they have a leash on. Next, make sure they are groomed and cleaned well and freshen up from the outdoors. Then spend more time with them until our fun is over and they are returned with their beloved owners. I will have a whole day well planned and you and your fur babies will appreciate it. :)
