She came over before booking and met both him and I, you can just tell she really loves animals. She is so kind, so knowledgable, so caring, and ringo absolutely loved her. She provides multiple photos from her visits and a report card on how they’re doing and what they did during her visit. She meets the critters where they’re at so if he wanted pets or treats or to play she could read that and respond. I am so very impressed and elated that I found her. I am unable to work full time due to the rigor of the program so I love watching pets as a part time job. 🏡 I currently live in an apartment in downtown Norfolk with my boyfriend of 8 years, Grant. Grant helps out with potty breaks and walks if I am ever not home. We are both students and have internships so if your pet needs someone with them at all times, we unfortunately can only provide this on the weekends. 🐶I have experience with senior & adult dogs, cats, administering medications & puppies! I also volunteer at the Norfolk Animal Care Center in my free time to help out the shelter animals and be involved in my local community. We have no pets in our apartment currently. 🐱If chosen to care for your pets I will treat them with the love and respect that I would give my own pet. “We left the country for 19 days and left behind our 5 adult cats, which broke my heart because they’re my children, and I would never forgive myself if something happened to them. So it was really hard for me to leave them alone... Such a huge mental challenge that was made so much easier by Kaylee’s care, patience and attention to detail. She’s young but admirably responsible. I left so many instructions printed with pictures explaining everything about their personalities, preferences and routines that I’m sure it was overwhelming, but she was absolutely amazing and did exactly what I asked. I think she understood that I was anxious, worried and sad about leaving them alone, so she sent me pictures of each of the 5 cats every single day during those 19 days we were away from home, which I’m sure must have been a big challenge because they hid from her and my house is big, a two story house... But I needed to be sure they were all alive and okay, and she went the extra mile looking for them and taking pictures every single day for me. And because of that, she scored many points! I’m so glad we found her because it’s been so hard to find a reliable cat sitter nowadays. As soon as we got home, I could see how tidy everything was and how much care she had taken with every detail I had explained about their food, water and bowls, as well as all the cat litter boxes in the house. From now on, I don’t want anyone else taking care of my cats but her. 🙏🏻❤️”
