About: I have had the pleasure of working as a pet care attendant for two separate boarding facilities over the course of 6 years! I also have a few years of experience working as a vet tech assistant! I have lots of experience with animals with different medical needs and have had dogs all my life! I currently am working short part time shifts only a few times a week. Other than that I am available to walk, feed, and play with any pets that need it! I have no other animals in my home, and live near plenty of green space as well as some dog parks for walks and play time!
“This was my dog's first day at dog day care and it was only for a couple hours just to try it out. But everything went very well. Chang updated me with pictures shortly after dropping my dog off to assure me he was doing well. When I picked him up he was happy to see me but also seemed like he would have followed Chang back to her house if she wanted him to. So that was very comforting to see that he liked her. My pup, Clay, was so well cared for during my trip to Pittsburgh. His tail was practically wagging off at each and every drop off. The updates and photos gave me peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy my adventuring around town without any concern for his happiness and safety. Damara was easy to meet and talk about dogs and other things and we had a great time just meeting. Laddie I am sure enjoyed his visit--he actually acted a bit peeved that Andrea was picking him up. We are happy to have found Damara and plan on using her services more often.
Shelly watched our dog for a few hours on relatively short notice so that we could go to a Pirates game. She was flexible with drop off, and walked the dog a couple of times in a few hours, which was just what the dog needed after 8 hours in the car. She also took the dog to the local dog park without issue. $72 was a little pricey for 4 hours of daycare, and we didn't get pictures like we expected (I see some were taken, so maybe it was an app issue), but all in all it was basically just what we needed and we're grateful!
