“Tia was great! She accepted my request on short notice and made me feel at ease about leaving my boy Pete with her. We drove into town and needed a sitter for a few hours. She was the perfect choice for Pete the Pug. He was safe and secure in her fenced in yard. She also made him feel right at home letting him on her couch as part of the family. He made a new friend, Tang her adorable dog. She sent pictures and even a video to help ease my mind about dropping him off with a stranger away from home. I highly recommend her. And if we go back to Pittsburgh I will definitely book with her again.”

“Christy has watched Peach throughout her entire life; sometimes it was a weekly basis, a few times she watched her at a last minute Emergency notice, and had even boarded her over a long weekend. Peach isn't a big fan of humans but loves going to Christy's, getting to visit with her friends. Peach loves her dog Louie and playing with the other pups that she takes care of. I enjoy the photo updates, I am happy that Peach feels safe and I feel comforted while she is in Christy's care, and that Christy allows the dogs on the furniture-Peach even got to sleep in bed when she stayed. I hope I never have to go through the process of figuring out another sitter because Christy is the one for us; Highly Recommend for any of you and your pets needs! About: I brought our two cats, Chili and Lok-Lok, all the way from China, but I grew up with dogs in my family and love both. I’ve taken care of my family’s and friends’ dogs and I heard about this app so I thought it might be fun to give it a try. Whenever I get called on to dog-sit for my friend here in Pittsburgh I like to go to the dog parks near the South Side river or jog along with them, rain or snow, and socialize with other dogs. Looking forward to meeting yours! I’m a PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh so summer and winter breaks are relatively free, and usually I’m only “working” 2-3 half days per week. I have to do a lot of reading and thinking so getting out of the house is a good way to take a break and process. I have a fenced yard where I do some gardening and let our cats out every day to chase bugs and birds. My friends have stayed over with their dogs and I just move the cats to the second floor and keep them there while the dogs take the first and the yard.

“Shelly watched our dog for a few hours on relatively short notice so that we could go to a Pirates game. She was flexible with drop off, and walked the dog a couple of times in a few hours, which was just what the dog needed after 8 hours in the car. She also took the dog to the local dog park without issue. $72 was a little pricey for 4 hours of daycare, and we didn't get pictures like we expected (I see some were taken, so maybe it was an app issue), but all in all it was basically just what we needed and we're grateful!”

About: I’m back!! I pet sat when I lived in Orlando and then took a break. I am now in Pittsburgh and ready to welcome some new friends. I work from home full-time, in a single-family home with a fenced in yard. I have made a habit of rescuing animals (especially senior animals) and my pack would love some playmates.Whether it is joining in couch cuddles or afternoon zoomies, your little one will feel like part of the family. I have a lot of experience with a lot of different breeds. Including a few years of kennel experience as well as 30 years of personal experience. I have experience with senior animals as well as special needs animals, including blind, deaf, mobility issues, and incontinent. With those things comes a lot of experience in medication as well. Myself and my crew are excited to meet you and your fur babies. I work from home fulltime and a big home body. The most I leave is if I’m grocery shopping or grabbing dinner in the evening. I have a fully fenced in yard. Any boarding pups will sleep in my second bedroom in an appropriate sized crate/playpen. This is the area they would eat their meals as well.
