This was the first time we left our puppers alone with anyone and leading up to it I was stressing, thankfully I came across Lilly’s profile— with her I new our boy was safe and was getting lots of love. She was on top of sending us updates and was always responsive. If we get to travel again, and Lilly is available, we will absolutely rebook!”

Joshua went above and beyond for my pets. He is extremely communicative and constantly kept us updated. He was great with my pets and even vacuumed our apartment before he left and changed the litter box! Would recommend him to anyone who needs a responsible person to watch their pets.
Tammy was absolutely wonderful! She stayed at my home for two days while caring for my fur baby, Luna, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we met, Tammy was kind, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. She took excellent care of Luna, kept me updated, and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. When I returned home, everything was spotless and well cared for. It was obvious that Tammy treated both my home and Luna with the same respect and attention she would give her own. Luna was happy, comfortable, and clearly well-loved during Tammy’s stay. Milica was absolutely WONDERFUL! She sent loads of photos, was very communicative, and took excellent care of the home and the dogs. I could tell from photos and daily stories how happy and comfortable the dogs were with her. What's more, when our flight home was cancelled and we had to drive back, delaying our arrival by more than 15 hours, Milica went above and beyond to make sure our girls were taken care of and reassured us that she would be there for them as long as it took! We will absolutely use Milica again in the future.
Alexis was absolutely amazing and we will be booking her again! Our older dog takes a little time to warm up to someone usually, but he warmed up to Alexis immediately from the meet and greet - he’s a very good judge of character. Our puppy Millie was so comfortable with her that she slept in her arms, when she doesn’t even do that with us usually. Alexis played with both of them and sent plenty of photos and videos. She left our home clean and is just the greatest to communicate with. She is very responsive and thoughtful. Book her if you can!
Madison was absolutely amazing with our dog Tato! She was very communicative the entire time from before the booking to during and on our way home. She completely catered to our his needs and made us feel very comfortable leaving our fur baby with her! I already booked with her again!
There is no rating high enough for Sarah. From pre-booking to the home visit, to watching our home and our fur babies while we were on vacation, Sarah was amazing. Her situation was unique that in addition to taking care of our adult cats, we asked her to take care of a (somewhat friendly) mama cat and her 5 week old kittens. Sarah graciously offered her time for 24/7 care. And of course, just when we thought all was going smoothly, a hornet appeared in our finished basement which is unusual. This is where mama and babies are located. Then another one appeared - VERY unusual. When the third one appeared, not so far from the kittens, Sarah sprang into action and, together, we figured out a safe solution to draw any potential bees inside the home to outside the home. Sarah was a real trooper and took care of the home and pets like they were her own. No more bees appeared and life returned to “normal”. Well, as normal as can be for a home with cats and kittens. I can vouch for Sarah and she will be our first choice for future house and pet care needs. Sarah is friendly, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator and our fur babies loved her.
Matthew is quite simply the GOAT. It was our very first booking with him and our plans unfortunately kept changing chaotically, yet throughout scheduling updates and frantic messaging on our part, the only thing he cared about was making sure he was a good fit for our dogs. That has never happened before in our time on Rover. His communication, understanding, and calm demeanor during our Meet and Greet earned immediate trust from both us AND our dogs. the entire booking + stay it felt like his priority was making sure both we and our dogs felt comfortable and cared for. Matthew has set the tone for the kind of care we’d want in any future booking and we’d trust him with our pets again in a heartbeat <3
