About: I have a deep love for animals especially since I have a 10 year old schnauzer back home in Florida who I miss every day. Being around pets again brings me joy and comfort, and I always strive to give that same feeling back to the animals I care for. I treat every dog like my own; with love, patience, and attention to their unique needs. I also genuinely enjoy walking outdoors, so your pup will always get the exercise and fresh air they deserve. I love going on walks every day, especially in the spring/ summertime. So taking dogs along just makes those moments even better. Since I work as a competitive gymnastics coach in the evenings, my mornings and afternoons are wide open for drop-ins, walks, and quality time with pets. It’s the perfect balance of movement, fresh air, and furry companionship! Whether I’m caring for pets in my client’s home or dropping in for a visit, I focus on making pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I take time to bond with each pet through play, cuddles, or just calm companionship. About: I grew up with dogs and have loved animals my entire life. I have been a pet sitter for many friends and neighbors over the years and had my own canine companion for 10 years. She passed away in November of 2023. Animals deserve to be loved and treated like family. I promise that your dogs will be treated very well and that they will truly enjoy their “vacation” at my home. It’s difficult to leave your “loved ones” in the care of others and I know that feeling. Rest assured that they will be cared for and spoiled to the best of my ability! I am a behavioral therapist who works with children and families. I have a hybrid job which means that I work from home doing Telehealth services and I also see clients in person at times. I am home for most of the day and this worked perfectly when I cared for my late dog, Arwen. I do not have any pets currently. I have an elevated deck that is only accessible from the house. It is surrounded and my dog loved to spend time out there basking in the sun. I have a yard but it is not fenced in. My neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly.

About: I’m back!! I pet sat when I lived in Orlando and then took a break. I am now in Pittsburgh and ready to welcome some new friends. I work from home full-time, in a single-family home with a fenced in yard. I have made a habit of rescuing animals (especially senior animals) and my pack would love some playmates.Whether it is joining in couch cuddles or afternoon zoomies, your little one will feel like part of the family. I have a lot of experience with a lot of different breeds. Including a few years of kennel experience as well as 30 years of personal experience. I have experience with senior animals as well as special needs animals, including blind, deaf, mobility issues, and incontinent. With those things comes a lot of experience in medication as well. Myself and my crew are excited to meet you and your fur babies. I work from home fulltime and a big home body. The most I leave is if I’m grocery shopping or grabbing dinner in the evening. I have a fully fenced in yard. Any boarding pups will sleep in my second bedroom in an appropriate sized crate/playpen. This is the area they would eat their meals as well.

About: I’ve always love dogs and enjoyed taking care of friends animals while they were away. I was so excited to finally rescue my first pup 2.5 years ago. She came to me with a lot of reactivity issues and some general fear. It’s been so rewarding working with her and seeing her overcome obstacles. Through training both her and I have learned a great deal. I’ve had the opportunity to be exposed to several dog sports as well as obedience training and try and incorporate pieces from all of it into our daily life. I currently work from home with a decently flexible schedule. Living in the Southhills I’m pretty convenient to you most areas and enjoy a good adventure. Due to my dog still learning to enjoy other animals company she would not join me on any walks or visits. Any Housesitting I would do would be at your home but I can accommodate your dogs normal schedule.

About: I brought our two cats, Chili and Lok-Lok, all the way from China, but I grew up with dogs in my family and love both. I’ve taken care of my family’s and friends’ dogs and I heard about this app so I thought it might be fun to give it a try. Whenever I get called on to dog-sit for my friend here in Pittsburgh I like to go to the dog parks near the South Side river or jog along with them, rain or snow, and socialize with other dogs. Looking forward to meeting yours! I’m a PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh so summer and winter breaks are relatively free, and usually I’m only “working” 2-3 half days per week. I have to do a lot of reading and thinking so getting out of the house is a good way to take a break and process. I have a fenced yard where I do some gardening and let our cats out every day to chase bugs and birds. My friends have stayed over with their dogs and I just move the cats to the second floor and keep them there while the dogs take the first and the yard.
