Tiffany did a FANTASTIC job with our kitties. One of my kitties has FLUTD, and she was knowledgeable of the disease and made sure they had fresh water daily and added water to their food. I loved getting all her photos, and I felt confident that my kitties were receiving the very best care. She's very trustworthy, and I will definitely use Tiffany again!!
AnaBeth was wonderful with my somewhat shy cat. She was responsible, followed all instructions carefully, and sent great updates and photos that gave me peace of mind while I was away. Cam took such excellent care of my kitties! Great, thorough, timely, and hilarious updates. My cats were so chill when I got home, I seriously think they were like, wait a minute, where’s Cam, what are you doing here?? Gilly has a new best friend, and even Petunia, my cat with a shall we say ‘difficult’ personality, was warming up. I’d hire Cam again in a heartbeat!
Abigail took great care of our little ones while we were away! Our youngest has asthma, and our oldest is nervous around new people, so naturally we normally worry when we’re away. However, Abigail was able to successfully administer the inhaler and even got our oldest to play with her within the first day, which is huge! We had a great trip knowing the cats were well taken care of in the comfort of their own home. Definitely recommend Abigail!!
Heather is very patient and considered all the instructions we had for her thoughtfully. Our dog needs some time to warm up to strangers and Heather accommodated for that. We went for a couple of walks together and had her over as well before we booked our first check-in. Now our dog is starting to get happily excited when he sees her. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
