Lorrie contacted me almost immediately, which is great because I cannot text a bunch at work and phone calls are quicker. We had the meet and greet and I was confident she was the right person for the job! She provided consistent and detailed updates and even quelled an emergency when the cats busted out of their cat door! I’ll say this— when we got home the cats were excited and comfortable.
