About: I have had corgis, very pushy dogs, my entire life. I have had puppies and elder dogs and have taken care of them and walked them through it all. I work more in the afternoon and night as a an employee at Plato’s closet so my availability is more in the mornings! I am very flexible and don’t mind sleeping at hosts’ houses even if it’s a week day! I am always ready to play with the dogs or just cuddle with them! About: We have 8 years old cat - Russia blue. Sometimes we feed our friends cats. More cats we take care of, the cats gain more trust in us. My sons has 2 dogs. My friends rely on us to feed their dogs. Sometimes we walk their dogs up to 60 minutes. We work full time. Joseph is available during weekends and Monday- Friday mornings. This was my first booking and I'm very happy! I'm pretty anxious about leaving my dogs for a day or more with anyone. Not just new people, friends and family as well since anything can happen. Both of my dogs have chronic health conditions so it's easy to cause them to flare up. There were no issues at all with their health or anything. Christopher made me feel very comfortable and even came over the day before to meet me and my pups. My GSD is 100lbs so he can be intimidating, it really soothed me to see that he was comfortable with that. He and his wife also took both of them for a couple walks during 2 of the 4 drop in visits! I'm sure my dogs absolutely loved that and my GSD pulls like a mushing dog on a leash. I can definitely recommend Chris for care of your dogs
Stephanie was a fantastic cat sitter! It was clear from the meet and greet that she knew how to interact with pets unfamiliar with her (she also got to meet my dog), and she even understood the strict diet my cat has for a food allergy. When two days before my vacation my cat suddenly needed to go on liquid steroids, Stephanie was up to the task! She was very communicative about the medication progress as well as how my cat was doing. Stephanie even went above and beyond with little things to make sure my cat and house were okay over the 8 day booking. I will absolutely use Stephanie again and highly recommend her!
Lorrie has been keeping my cats company for around two months now, 4 or 5 days every week, and I can't say enough good things about her! I'm forced to leave them for long stretches these days and my closest family members are 6 hours away. It's difficult to trust a stranger with the keys to all of my worldly possessions and my beloved pets; but Lorrie has made my guilt and worries about leaving them completely vanish. She truly cares, she goes above and beyond every single day, and I just can't speak highly enough about her!! Thank you so sooo much Lorrie!

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
