“We are so glad to have found Michelle and Sami. They treated our golden dog like family for our holiday weekend away. They also have 2 sons who were super helpful. The whole family took part in caring for our dog. My pup came back happy and tired from playing with their dogs ☺️”

“Chang was so great with Lucky! We had a last minute sitting need and she responded so promptly and took such great care of him. Was great with communication and pictures! We will definitely use her again!”

“Our pup, Fred, clearly loved his stay with Amy. He came home from his long weekend tired and happy. For a moment, I think he didn’t even want to come home with us, he was having so much fun! Thank you, Amy, and we hope to have Freddy hang out with you again soon!”

“Our 8-yr old male Airedale sometimes has his own way of looking at things. We left him with Stacey, first time, and he did fine, even through a thunderstorm. They know what they are doing. Recommended sitters.”

Angela is available during evenings and weekends. We can be available on some holidays. We will ensure that your pets are safe and we handle with a lot of care and love. We treat your pets like our own family.
About: While volunteering for dog rescue for 6+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to foster over 160 dogs of all ages, administer just about every type of medication, and vaccinate 1000’s of dogs traveling to foster and adopter homes I do not work for anyone else. My time will be fully dedicated to your pet along with my own and with as much love I have 3 friendly dogs at home. I have the ability to keep dogs separately in open or closed rooms. Crates or not crated. Once comfortable, they can spend time on the couch and playtime with other dogs with your approval.
“Minnie loves spending time with Maria and Tony! Minnie is happy and healthy when she returns home! We are very happy boarding Minnie with them and would highly recommend their services!”

“Eronda was an awesome dog sitter for Alley! Not only was she conveniently located, she was very professional and loving towards our pup. Eronda kept us well informed with texts and videos of our pup while away. She was very responsive and answered any question or concerns we had. I would recommend Eronda if you’re looking for a professional, loving, caring person to watch your pet.”

“Mary and her family took amazing care of our dog while we traveled. She updated us with photos and he couldn’t wait to get out of the car when I dropped him off. We absolutely recommend her for watching your fur babies!”

“Laurie was wonderful with Gracie! I was a little nervous letting Gracie stay away but from the moment we had our meet & greet I felt very comfortable. Laurie, her sweet dog Daphne & daughter were very warm and welcoming. Laurie provided many check-ins and promptly answered all of the questions I had. I would definitely Laurie to anyone looking for a sitter and plan to use Laurie again in the future!”

“My dog got along great with hers and her family, kept me updated on everything and in the loop with how he was doing, and super flexible and took my last minute request!”

“Ruby had a wonderful time with Dana and her dog Cooper. Dana was extremely accommodating and even let us get in a day sooner on a minute's notice! Ruby will definitely be back.”

“Denise is awesome! She is kind, communicative, and thoughtful, and provides a friendly and healthy environment for pups. Was great about sending updates and photos daily so I got to see how happy my dog was in her care. We’d love to book with Denise again.”

“Kate (and her family) are wonderful! From the moment I contacted her, Kate impressed me with her genuine caring and interest in my Benji. He has a medical condition - Cushing's Disease, which requires meds to be given on schedule 3x a day, and more potty breaks than a well pup would require. Her lifetime of experience and ease with animals was obvious from the moment we met. Benji's comfort and confidence with Kate, her family and their home, was immediate. As someone who had been nervous about leaving my buddy prior to meeting Kate, I wound up feeling very confident and comfortable leaving him with her! Kate was fantastic with Benji! She sent me photos each day, which allowed me to see his activities and how much fun he was having on his vacation! She also kept me informed of how he was doing overall, with his meds, and didn't hesitate to ask questions or let me know about any concerns that she had - I so appreciate these interactions! Kate is an awesome sitter and person, and I recommend her with all of my heart! She took wonderful care of my Benji, and I know that he's looking forward to his next vacation with her! Thank you so much Kate and family!!!”

“Our dog Woody had a great stay with Victoria. It was our first time leaving him and we loved seeing the videos of him that she sent twice a day. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. He came home happy and tired from playing with all of his friends.”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Crescent
Heidi and her family were just terrific! I would definitely use them again! As with all dog sitters, it’s important to have a pre-understanding of the times that you can drop your dog off and pick them up. Because these wonderful people work and so for example on a Monday morning, I had to pick my dog up either before 7:15 AM or after 10:30 AM. That was absolutely fine with me, but I do recommend that everybody pre-arrange that so there are no surprises. Heidi also kept sending me pictures of my dog and I really appreciated that.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
