“Benji seemed to love staying with Chang. He wanted to go back into her house when we arrived to pick him up! Chang was conscientious and very organized about Benji's feeding and walking schedule. And she sent us photos every day to keep us in-touch with our precious pup. Although Chang sometimes watches multiple dogs at once, her house was very clean and organized. I strongly recommend leaving your dog with Chang and we will do the same, the next time we need a dog sitter. Thank you, Chang.”

About: I am an animal lover and I have always had pets. The past few years I have been saving lives and fostering with One By One Reacue! I am currently on a foster break since I have 4 dogs of my own but help run the rescue in other ways. I am lucky enough to work from home and be with my pets all day. They stay in the general area I am when I work. Since I have 4 dogs of my own, I would like to provide boarding at my house. I am in a town house and I have movable metal fencing for my dogs. I never leave them outside alone. When I do have to run to the store or have plans for the day (usually no more than 8 hours) I have a furbo that I check in on them throughout the day. I also gate off my stairs so no one can use them (or fall down, I had a blind dog and watch one) when I am not there.

He was very attentive to all the care details I communicated, and we appreciated how he sent us lots of photos and videos during her stay. Poe was in great spirits when we picked her up, and we plan on booking with Joe again in the future!”

Pets receive plenty of attention, affection, playtime, and supervised care throughout their stay. I also provide regular photo and video updates so owners can have peace of mind while they're away. I have a fenced in backyard (pictured) where they can run freely and play while staying safe. For drop-in visits, I make sure pets have fresh food and water, potty breaks, exercise or playtime, and plenty of companionship during each visit. I take time to learn each pet's personality and needs so they receive individualized care. I am respectful of my clients' homes and always ensure everything is secure before leaving. My goal is to provide dependable, loving care and make every pet feel happy, comfortable, and well cared for whether they're staying with me or I'm visiting them in their own home.

I currently care for my own dog, Layla, and have also fostered, so I’m comfortable working with different temperaments, routines, and energy levels. I’ve potty trained three dogs, including my own, a foster dog, and a puppy I raised for about six months before transitioning him to my parents. That experience gave me a strong understanding of consistency, structure, and reinforcing good habits. I’ve provided both boarding and in-home pet sitting for multiple households, including homes with multiple dogs and homes with both dogs and cats. Whether pets are staying with me or I’m caring for them in their own home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal and stress-free as possible. My dog Layla may accompany me during some house sitting stays depending on the pets and circumstances. She is friendly, social, and has done very well with other dogs during previous stays. I work full-time during weekdays, so I’m typically out of the home for about 9 hours during the day. Pets in my care should be comfortable with that schedule, and I make sure they are exercised, settled, and comfortable before I leave, with plenty of attention, walks, and interaction when I return home. On weekends, I’m much more available and hands-on, which allows for extra walks, playtime, enrichment, and cuddle time.
