Joe is great! He arranged our meet and greet so that Dude would get to meet the other dog he was sitting while Dude would be there.,when it was determined the dogs got along well, I decided to book Dude’s stay.,He sent me pictures and videos of Dude so that I knew Dude was okay. He made sure Dude got his medicine on time and was well fed and cared for. When I came to pick up Dude this evening, Dude didn’t want to leave with me. We would definitely have Dude stay with Joe again!
We had a wonderful experience with Michael while he watched our dogs for four days. He was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our dogs and understood their needs. We came home to happy, well-cared-for pups, which means everything to us.
