She was very respectful of the house and when we returned it looked as if no one had been here. She was very patient and attentive with one of our dogs who struggles with new people. She went above and beyond to try to make her as comfortable as possible. We received multiple pictures and updates daily which really allowed us to enjoy our trip knowing our pets were in great hands. It was our first time leaving our dogs with someone and she was the best choice for sure! Hands down would love to have her back!”

About: I’ve helped pet sit for friends and family for several years now. I have my own 4 year old purebred Siberian husky named Maverick. I have had him since he was 3 months old. I also grew up having family dogs and cats. I even helped take care of brother’s bearded dragon when he was in college. I spent 3 years working alongside 2 certified professional trainers learning to train my own dog. I am currently a daycare teacher working with infants and preschoolers. I am also in a master’s program to get my teaching degree in teaching high school English. I am currently a daycare teacher working most days. Sometimes I start at 6:30am, sometimes at 8am, and other times at noon. I usually work till 6:15pm, but sometimes I get scheduled to be off early. It varies every week, but I can put in requests ahead of time to start or end at a certain time if need be. I have a 4 year old purebred Siberian husky named Maverick. He loves everyone and all animals. He was raised around other dogs, cats, and a bearded dragon since I brought him home at 3 months old. I have worked alongside 2 certified professional trainers to help train Maverick to be the best behaved dog. I have trained Maverick to the point that he has several awards and certifications in obedience, rally, and scent work. I currently live with my sister’s two dogs and brother’s cat. I cannot pet sit at my house currently due to having other dogs and cats in my home, but I am more than happy to go to a client’s home, and pet sit, walk, let animals outside, etc.

About: Growing up I always had a dog and cats. They bring so much joy into my life. I am currently taking time off from nursing as we had our first son in August. So I am a stay at home mom. My husband and I have an English Cream Golden Retriever who is now 5 years old! I have experience training puppies, giving medications, walking dogs. Very flexible. Occasionally might have to have my 10 month old son with me for drop ins or walks. Would want to make sure cats/dogs are comfortable around kids. Thanks! They would get a lot of outside time! Large yard in the woods. Can keep them on a leash if needed as it is not fenced in.

About: Hi! I’ve been pet sitting for about 3 years now and I’ve been walking pets for my whole life! I’ve had experience walking big dogs, around 90lbs, so you don’t need to worry - I also do crossfit so I can handle bigger dogs! I love pets and would love to help out when needed! I am available anytime on the weekend and during the evening time on weekdays. I work a 9-5 so if need be I can also do an early morning call! I stick to your dog’s routine as closely as possible—walk times, feeding schedule, playtime, cuddles, and even those weird little rituals they insist on (yes, I’ll fluff their bed exactly how they like it). About: I have watched dogs before and I only watch small breeds who are fixed already. Large breeds I dnt watch . So contact accordingly please. I can watch 3 times a week right now as per my schedule and only small breeds who are fixed already and no dogs with prior bitting or attacking experience I have a backyard and a mini schnauzer to give your fur baby company and he gets along with kids and other dogs very well

Since graduating college, I have been working in the animal field for over a year now. I dog sit a friends house that has multiple animals that take different medications and specialized diets. Nicole went above and beyond caring for our senior dog and our puppy mill breeder mama who has yet to fully adapt to a loving life . During her 2wk stay, not only did she provide basic care, but also dealt with potty problems, storms, loss of power, and a bear issue which caused a major trash situation. In the end, she left our home spotless. Our doggies were very happy. We are definitely using Nicole again!

Esmirna is kind, gentle and calming. She helped me feel reassured and secure that my three pets (2 dogs and a cat) would be well cared for and they were. We came home to three very relaxed pets and a home in perfect condition. She sent a daily update w photos and followed a not so easy routine that included multiple pet meds. She was attentive to every detail and very thorough as well as professional. We greatly appreciate her effort, care and consideration. She made things easy and void of any complications!
Jacen took care of my two Pomeranians, Meeko and Koda, while I was away in Puerto Rico, and I truly appreciated the peace of mind he provided. He was reliable and made sure their basic needs were met, which is always my top priority when I’m away from them. Meeko can be a bit protective and vocal, and Koda is more laid back and affectionate, so they each have very different personalities. Jacen handled their differences well and ensured they were cared for during my absence. Communication was excellent with regular updates and photos, which allowed me to feel more connected and reassured while away. Overall, I’m grateful for his help and for making it possible for me to take my trip knowing my dogs were being taken care of.
Corinne was a fantastic pet sitter!!! Her communication was prompt and professional from beginning to end! Each day she would send me photos of our Goldendoodle, Sadie, along with a snippet of their daily activities. Sadie is extremely anxious and was living her best life with Corinne. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
