Let me know their favorite treats and favorite scratching spots, as well as any anxiety or important medical issues of course! Also if there's any places in the house they shouldn't go, if the animal is prone to run out of the door suddenly, stuff like that!
A typical day
I always try to get to know the cats I watch although sometimes it takes a while for them to warm up to be but I can be patient. Dogs are cool and each one has a different personality. I will typically let them out in the morning, play with them a bit and in the evening will sit with them and let them out and get them ready for the night.

Jacen took care of my two Pomeranians, Meeko and Koda, while I was away in Puerto Rico, and I truly appreciated the peace of mind he provided. He was reliable and made sure their basic needs were met, which is always my top priority when I’m away from them. Meeko can be a bit protective and vocal, and Koda is more laid back and affectionate, so they each have very different personalities. Jacen handled their differences well and ensured they were cared for during my absence. Communication was excellent with regular updates and photos, which allowed me to feel more connected and reassured while away. Overall, I’m grateful for his help and for making it possible for me to take my trip knowing my dogs were being taken care of.
Great communicator and always sent pics of my babies
Jacen did a fantastic job!!! We booked for 6 separate nights for stay overs at our house and everything went smoothly. Jacen is flexible and even watered our plants and took down some trash while we were gone. The cats were well taken care of and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend Jacen!
Jacen was great; there were a couple audibles that had to be called and they were handled happily!
