She provided consistent and detailed updates and even quelled an emergency when the cats busted out of their cat door! I’ll say this— when we got home the cats were excited and comfortable. We’ve gone off for a couple days before and come home to basically wild animals. This time was noticeable different. So, I’m glad I got connected with Lorrie through Rover!”
