About: Caring for pets has always been part of my life, not just something I do, but something I truly love. I share my home with my big-hearted Golden Retriever Lucy Goose who brings joy, structure, and a lot of personality into my daily routine. Through her—and the many pets I’ve cared for—I’ve gained hands-on experience with feeding schedules, daily walks, playtime, enrichment, medications, and recognizing subtle changes in behavior or health. I’ve also had the joy of hosting pets with special needs, recently including a vivacious little pug puppy with epilepsy. Providing a calm, consistent, and loving environment is something I take pride in. Every pet in my care is treated with patience, respect, and genuine affection—just like one of my own. While away, your pet is my family and I am fiercely protective of my family. Hi, I’m Jess! I’m a lifelong animal lover and dog mom to a sweet Golden Retriever who’s very much part of my everyday life. Caring for pets is something that feels natural to me—it’s woven into my daily routine, not something squeezed in as an afterthought. My Lucy Goose is a large Golden Retriever with the sweetest, most gentle “little dog energy.” She’s very social, kind, and welcoming, and does wonderfully with dogs of all sizes. She has happily shared her space with smaller dogs and special-needs pets, and all interactions are always supervised to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. I work during the week for about 6–8 hours a day, and outside of that time my life revolves around walks, fresh air, playtime, and creating a calm, loving home. Pet care fits seamlessly into my schedule, and I’m intentional about making sure every pet in my care gets plenty of attention, affection, and consistency. I treat every pet like they’re my own—learning their quirks, honoring their routines, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. Whether your pet loves long walks, backyard playtime, or quiet companionship, I’m happy to meet them right where they are. I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment where pets can truly relax. My home includes a fully fenced backyard for secure outdoor play, and I supervise pets closely throughout the day. I also have a few pup gates to ensure safe calm and private pet feedings or if quiet time is needed. I also use cameras for added peace of mind and awareness while I am out and about. Whether pets are in my home or yours, I follow routines carefully, respect boundaries, and keep a watchful eye on behavior, comfort, and wellbeing. I communicate openly and provide updates because I know how reassuring it is to see your pet happy and cared for.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 18. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to take care of their pets. My family is everything to me, and we love that we can have your pets apart of our family! I’m a stay at home mama to my amazing kids and two dogs! We have a fenced in yard that they love to play around in and we enjoy walks everyday it’s nice out! I have a fenced in yard and two fur babies to keep your dog company! I’m very accommodating if your dog needs extra love! I am always home so they won’t ever be left alone for long periods of time.

About: I have lived with dogs my entire life and have been actively responsible for their care for the past five years. Growing up, my household consistently cared for up to ten dogs at a time, including working dogs, show dogs, and family pets. I have experience with dogs ranging from newborn puppies to seniors and from small breeds to dogs over 100 pounds. I have assisted with six successful litters from birth through early development, helping with monitoring, handling, and daily care of the puppies. I am comfortable administering oral and injectable medications, maintaining structured feeding routines, and supporting crate and potty training when appropriate. I have experience introducing young, non-aggressive dogs to others in a controlled setting. I also regularly care for senior dogs, including those with mobility challenges. Currently, I have one dog living with me full time. He is a 35-pound Mini Australian Shepherd who is neutered, fully vaccinated, and has graduated from service animal training. My goal is to provide calm, structured, and attentive care so dogs feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I am currently a student at RMU and run my own photography business, so my schedule is great to give me time to play with your pups! I am typically home in the mornings and evenings, with breaks between classes during the day depending on the semester. I am available for boarding on the weekends at any time with weekdays being after 5pm everyday but Monday and Wednesday. When boarding, I do not leave dogs for extended periods without planning around their needs, and I make sure potty breaks and exercise are built into my schedule. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on structure, supervision, and a calm environment. I maintain consistent feeding schedules, regular potty breaks, and daily exercise appropriate to each dog, with regular visits to local dog parks. Pets are never left unattended with access to unsafe items, and I monitor interactions closely, especially during introductions, including the use of cameras while out of the house. I have experience managing multi-dog households and understand the importance of slow, controlled introductions. My own Mini Australian Shepherd is well-trained and calm indoors. When boarding dogs, I prioritize compatibility and supervision. For cats, I maintain clear separation and provide quiet, designated spaces so they feel secure and stress-free. I keep my living space clean, organized, and free of hazards. Water is always available, and I follow all owner instructions carefully, including dietary needs and medication administration. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect the space as if it were my own. I follow feeding, walking, and care instructions exactly as provided, maintain cleanliness, and provide updates so owners feel confident and informed while they are away. I also run my own photography business, so I love capturing moments while pets are in my care and you are certain to get photos of your pet.

About: I have had cats and dogs of every kind since I was a baby. I started volunteering at a humane society and loved working with animals. Since graduating college, I have been working in the animal field for over a year now. I dog sit a friends house that has multiple animals that take different medications and specialized diets. My friends and family have relied on me to walk and feed their dogs during their days at work. I work 4 days during the week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. (10 hour shifts). I consistently have Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday off. I am always willing to stop before and after my work days as well. I take my dogs to parks or in open fields in the woods and let them run freely while playing with them. I take other dogs on long walks and play with them in the yard. Sometimes will take them to get a pup cup (if they like car rides and have no stomach issues). I always ask owners what their pets love the most, whether it is walks, playing fetch or enjoying a favorite snack!

About: I have taken care of neighbors’, family’s, and friend’s dogs plenty of times before, from small to big dogs. I am very attentive to detail, so I will be able to care for your dog’s individual needs. Most recently, I have cared for a miniature schnauzer puppy, a black lab puppy, and two mid-aged mixed breed dogs. I have additional experience with doodles, king cavalier spaniels, dauschunds, pitbulls, and pugs. I am currently studying to take my physical therapy board examination so I will my schedule is flexible. I am not working at the moment, but hope to get a full-time job after taking my examination at the end of July. A part-time job may be added in the near future. I am willing to feed them, walk them, play with them, let them out to the bathroom, and clean up after them. Whatever they need, I will willingly provide for them. I can easily crate your dog if needed and spent my last semester away at college lifting a lot at the gym, so there need be no worries of the dog walking itself. I enjoy being outdoors when the weather is nice, so if that’s something your pet also enjoys, I am glad to spend time outdoors with them. If they are more the indoor, cuddly type, I am to accompany them in that as well.

About: I have years of experience with large breed dogs, and now a standard poodle puppy of my own! My long haired chihuahua recently passed away at 15, so I have plenty of experience with small dogs. I love dogs, truly, and even the parts that aren’t great like my when my super senior chihuahua was still alive and needed extra care that comes with old age or cleaning up puppy messes. I’m experienced in dog medical issues, pill times, vet visits, surgeries, heart problems, and even the dog Heimlich maneuver. I work full time from 0600-2:30 pm usually, with weekends free. I’m available before work if you live close to me or my job by the RNO airport and I’m free after 4 pm. I have some flexibility the closer to me or my workplace you are! I do not have a yard at my apartment but there is a dog park on-site! Multiple walks a day, including my lunch for puppy time, if crating is needed please bring the crate with the dog as my chihuahua does not get crated and my puppy only crates at night. I do allow dogs on furniture, and if a large puppy or small dog breed of chihuahua makes you or your dog nervous for home stays, I am willing to do a meet-and-greet first. Once you meet my chihuahua his well-trained and gentle manner will speak for itself. My puppy is a sweetheart who is eager to please! I currently work full time Monday to Friday in an office environment. I’m home most weekends and spend my lunch with my puppy. I’m usually done with work around 3-4 pm I always ask if there is a yard and if it’s fenced. I like to know where leashes and bags are for walks too! Toys and treats, especially for kitties, are important!

I work full-time in downtown Pittsburgh during the weekdays, with the flexibility to work remotely at least one day per week and occasionally additional days as needed. I have plenty of availability throughout the week for pet sitting, including early mornings, evenings, and overnight stays, with generally full availability on weekends! I’m always happy to coordinate around your pet’s normal routine to make sure they receive plenty of attention, care, and companionship! I want your pet to feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away, so I’ll follow their normal routine as closely as I can!
