About: Caring for pets has always been part of my life, not just something I do, but something I truly love. I share my home with my big-hearted Golden Retriever Lucy Goose who brings joy, structure, and a lot of personality into my daily routine. Through her—and the many pets I’ve cared for—I’ve gained hands-on experience with feeding schedules, daily walks, playtime, enrichment, medications, and recognizing subtle changes in behavior or health. I’ve also had the joy of hosting pets with special needs, recently including a vivacious little pug puppy with epilepsy. Providing a calm, consistent, and loving environment is something I take pride in. Every pet in my care is treated with patience, respect, and genuine affection—just like one of my own. While away, your pet is my family and I am fiercely protective of my family. Hi, I’m Jess! I’m a lifelong animal lover and dog mom to a sweet Golden Retriever who’s very much part of my everyday life. Caring for pets is something that feels natural to me—it’s woven into my daily routine, not something squeezed in as an afterthought. My Lucy Goose is a large Golden Retriever with the sweetest, most gentle “little dog energy.” She’s very social, kind, and welcoming, and does wonderfully with dogs of all sizes. She has happily shared her space with smaller dogs and special-needs pets, and all interactions are always supervised to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable. I work during the week for about 6–8 hours a day, and outside of that time my life revolves around walks, fresh air, playtime, and creating a calm, loving home. Pet care fits seamlessly into my schedule, and I’m intentional about making sure every pet in my care gets plenty of attention, affection, and consistency. I treat every pet like they’re my own—learning their quirks, honoring their routines, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. Whether your pet loves long walks, backyard playtime, or quiet companionship, I’m happy to meet them right where they are. I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment where pets can truly relax. My home includes a fully fenced backyard for secure outdoor play, and I supervise pets closely throughout the day. I also have a few pup gates to ensure safe calm and private pet feedings or if quiet time is needed. I also use cameras for added peace of mind and awareness while I am out and about. Whether pets are in my home or yours, I follow routines carefully, respect boundaries, and keep a watchful eye on behavior, comfort, and wellbeing. I communicate openly and provide updates because I know how reassuring it is to see your pet happy and cared for.

About: I’ve been working with a variety of dogs of all different breeds for roughly 6 years via dog walking, dog sitting, etc! I love dogs of all kinds! I’m a doctoral student of occupational therapy, so most of my time is spent working via fieldwork and doing homework. I am free on Tuesdays & Thursdays for drop ins/walks, and on weekends for housesitting. I’m happy to help with any household needs specified during housesitting! I do have a standing commitment at the barn on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and once over the weekend, but I build pet care schedules around that to ensure animals are never left longer than agreed upon. Communication and planning are always prioritized. I maintain a clean, structured, and pet-safe environment whether I’m in a client’s home or hosting in mine. I follow feeding schedules, crate routines, medication instructions, and behavioral guidelines carefully. About: I’ve grown up around pets and have had my fair share of animals! My family, friends, and neighbors typically rely on my when in need of a sitter! I work as a server in a restaurant with easy hours and a 1 day photography gig for three hours during the week! I’m in community college and have a pretty free scheduling process! Constantly making sure your pet has the attention and care your pet deserves! Stimulating and helping them work out a lot of their energy instead of being alone!

I have raised all of them since they were puppies. I also have 30+ years experience caring for cats. I am a local real estate agent, so I have a pretty flexible schedule. Between over 20 years of pet ownership experience and having worked as a veterinary technician for 9 years, I understand that pets are family and deserve attentive, compassionate care when their owners are away. My family consists of a menagerie of animals, giving me hands-on experience with a wide variety of species and their unique care needs. Our family currently includes an older dog with medication requirements, two ferrets, several bearded dragons, and a crested gecko. Whether your pet needs medication administration, enrichment, feeding, or simply lots of love and attention, I understand the importance of following routines and providing dependable care. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets behind, and my goal is to give you peace of mind knowing they are safe, happy, and well cared for while you're away. I am on break from Physician assistant school. So I have a lot of free time until I go back at the end of January. I love to take dogs on walks multiple times a day. I am good with making sure your house is taken care of as well as your pets.

About: I have years of experience with large breed dogs, and now a standard poodle puppy of my own! My long haired chihuahua recently passed away at 15, so I have plenty of experience with small dogs. I love dogs, truly, and even the parts that aren’t great like my when my super senior chihuahua was still alive and needed extra care that comes with old age or cleaning up puppy messes. I’m experienced in dog medical issues, pill times, vet visits, surgeries, heart problems, and even the dog Heimlich maneuver. I work full time from 0600-2:30 pm usually, with weekends free. I’m available before work if you live close to me or my job by the RNO airport and I’m free after 4 pm. I have some flexibility the closer to me or my workplace you are! I do not have a yard at my apartment but there is a dog park on-site! Multiple walks a day, including my lunch for puppy time, if crating is needed please bring the crate with the dog as my chihuahua does not get crated and my puppy only crates at night. I do allow dogs on furniture, and if a large puppy or small dog breed of chihuahua makes you or your dog nervous for home stays, I am willing to do a meet-and-greet first. Once you meet my chihuahua his well-trained and gentle manner will speak for itself. My puppy is a sweetheart who is eager to please! I currently work full time Monday to Friday in an office environment. I’m home most weekends and spend my lunch with my puppy. I’m usually done with work around 3-4 pm I always ask if there is a yard and if it’s fenced. I like to know where leashes and bags are for walks too! Toys and treats, especially for kitties, are important!

I’ve grown up around all types of animals! Dogs mainly but I love them all. My family considers our pups as another one of us we try to include them in as many day to day activities as we can, so I definitely know it can be stressful leaving a pet to go away!
