Erin not only took this booking the day before I needed her due to a last minute cancel by another rover user, she also extended the time we needed her for due to medical emergencies. She went over and beyond for our dogs, especially considering she had to keep them separate the entire time and one of the dogs is not potty trained yet. She even washed the rags we provided her to be able to clean the puppies cage when she went to the bathroom! I think it goes without saying that Erin is an extremely reliable dog sitter, our dogs were very happy when we got home and appear to be kept for very well. She sent us a lot of photos and videos which our son looked forward to seeing everyday, and she kept us up to date on how the dogs were doing!
