About: Hi! My name is Plachette, and I've lived with various pets since I was a child. My father was a dog breeder (pitbulls <3), so being surrounded by puppies and dogs is something I've become accustomed to! I have experience with dog walking and sitting multiple breeds at once and administering medication as instructed. While dog sitting at your home, I'll also tend to any messes that are made, bring your newspapers/packages/mail, and give you thorough daily updates of what's going on around the home. Upon request I'm able to provide proof of having 5 star ratings for 150+ services I've already completed for other pet parents. For dog walks, I'm capable of handling small to gigantic dogs. I can work with dogs that pull. I prefer to use a waist leash (I have my own) while walking dogs since it allows me to be hands free and have more control with your pet. Of course, if you prefer your pet's own leash, that's fine too. :) I am self-employed so I am able to make my own schedule for work days and hours. If extended stays or additional pets need longer periods of care, I can adjust to these changes. When pet owners provide me with particular details on how to care for their pets (feeding schedules, administering medication, crating, etc.), I will be a able to provide proper care for any pet.

About: I’ve had dogs in my household (golden retrievers) since I was 8 years old. Since my dogs are suuuper strong, I have gotten really good at walking dogs! My mom volunteers at our local dog training club so I have picked up some tips and tricks from her, as well as some of the dog trainers we have had at our house! I just moved out of my parents house so now I don’t have any pets but I miss being around my dogs. I love dogs of all kinds, and I also love cold weather so I don’t mind walking in winter! I currently work full time as an optician in a retail setting, so most days I work 10:30-7. The best times for me to walk would be mornings, with the exception of Monday and Wednesday mornings which is when I take an anatomy class as a prerequisite for grad school. Now that I moved out of my parents’s house, I cannot have dogs in my apartment building, so I would be coming to your home if you need me to. I have spent tons of time watching my dogs like a hawk because my younger dog Percy used to have a bit of a habit of eating socks! This happened a few times and we noticed every time and took him directly to the vet to have him throw them up, but since then, I have developed kind of a sixth sense for what my dogs are getting into. Our dogs have an invisible fence that we have remote controls for, so I have experience using that, but will obviously take your dog out only with a leash if that’s what you normally do!

There is always time set aside for affection, enrichment, and simply being present with the animals so they feel cared for and not alone. In the evening I finish with another round of feeding, walks or play sessions, and a final check to ensure everyone is settled and comfortable for the night. Every day follows this rhythm of structure, patience, and genuine care to make sure each pet feels secure, happy, and well looked after. I will give your pets the same level of attention and care that I give my own. My goal is always to follow your preferences and routine so your pet feels secure and understood. About: I’ve never lived without a dog, so I have life experience playing, feeding, walking, and bathing pups. I helped raise and train my parents’ Golden Retriever puppy during COVID. I’m the go-to sitter for friends’ dogs and have experience with giving oral medication safely. I work full time, but remotely on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays and can easily take a break to take care of your baby. Weekends are fully open, unless out of town. I treat each clients home with professionalism and ensure that I take care not only the pets, but leave no trace of me behind. Your house is your safe space and I will never spoil that for you.

Currently I have helped watch dogs at my home for up to a month at a time or going to a dog owners home to walk their dog, take potty breaks and feed/give water to the dogs. I have crate trained three dogs and have no problem crating your dog as needed at my home or at your home over night or in between home visits.

About: I have one special pup (IG miraclepup_kendall) and recently lost my 1st dog, Coco, who changed my life and made me love dogs more than anything. I have parented dogs for twelve years but worked at a dog daycare for two years during the pandemic while I was temporarily out of work. This is where I was trained and learned to be a professional dog care giver. I work from home so my time is wide open and I am available when needed. Last minute additions and cancellations are ok in emergency cases. I have a large 4200 square foot fenced in yard (see pictures) and understand dog behavior/introduction from my time working at a dog daycare. I am good with whatever the fur baby is used to, whether free roam or crate. (I have a large and medium sized crate in house). I love to give pets, belly rubs, and will use treats to assist in ongoing training that the pups are receiving. I will also send you pictures and can give access to the Ring camera so you can check in on them.

I work from home all week and have a pretty short working schedule. I have lots of time at home to make sure each pet has the best care they need while the owner is out. About: I recently relocated from Johnstown to McKeesport and am looking forward to meeting all the new pups in the area! I have been dog sitting for the past few years now and absolutely love it! My family has always had dogs since I can remember. I got my first dog, Ruby, named after the children’s show Max and Ruby, when I was 4 years old. I have loved caring for dogs ever since. Ruby is even still kicking at 18 years old! I now have a second dog, a 2 year old Husky who loves to play. I’ve trained many dogs, older and puppies since I can remember. I also have a lot of experience with elderly dogs, Ruby being a prime example. We go on walks often and I have basic dog training experience. I work part-time fully from home. I make my own schedule for work so I am completely flexible. The only time I ever leave the house is to take my dogs somewhere, dog park, hiking trail, etc. I am available every day and do same day bookings so feel free to reach out whenever you need! My dogs are very friendly and love other dogs. We also have 2 cats that play with our dogs as well. I have a fully fenced in yard to give your fur baby plenty of room to run around freely and play.
