About: I love animal period and i train dogs when i was 19 i enjoy having them they make me happy i'm married have 2 kids but my dogs pasted away I don't have nothing to do my daily routine is going to the gym and back home that's my daily routine but on Saturday and Sunday I go to church but any other day you got me Monday through Friday and I enjoy training dogs I enjoy walking dogs I'm friendly with animal i don't have a fence yard but i will walk them around but i got a empty lot up the street from my house

About: Dog owner since 1970. My property has TWO fenced in yards, one in front, and one in back, with a gate in between if needed. Dogs love me and I love them. ❤️ I have an older service dog as well, and am able to help train a dog if needed. I'm semi-retired, so it's rare that your dog would be left alone at all, but if you're dog enjoys being left alone, that's always an option as well. Communication is the key.... feeding times, special needs, etc. I have everything needed to pet sit. My property has TWO fenced in yards, one in front and one in back with a gate in between. My home has whole house ac and vinyl flooring. I have 3 dogs to keep your dog company, or those two seperate fenced yards if requested or needed. I also have crates for dogs that enjoy that den feeling.

About: I’ve been working with a variety of dogs of all different breeds for roughly 6 years via dog walking, dog sitting, etc! I love dogs of all kinds! I’m a doctoral student of occupational therapy, so most of my time is spent working via fieldwork and doing homework. About: I've been watching family, friends and neighbors dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and horses for over 20 years. I started taking care of fur babies full time in 2019 and absolutely love all the pups and parents I've been lucky enough to meet and keep relationships with. I do my best to help with any last minute vacation plans go more smoothly. I only watch ONE DOG in my home at a time (unless they live together) as I can monitor their food intake, their stools and give them one on one attention they love so much. That rule also includes any Meet and Greets, I will only schedule them on days I don't have a doggy guest. I've learned that it's way too much stress for all parties. I allow them on my furniture and will adjust to the specific dogs routine or training as directed. I made a special dog tag that says "Call my pet sitter Kristi if found" w/ my phone #. I put this on every dog I watch just in case you have an escape artist. I live alone in a duplex home on the main floor (my entrance is in backyard) with a patio and partially fenced in back yard (I will be putting a gate so it's fully fenced). I have a Maine Coon cat (Hashbrown) that is very chill and won't chase or try and play with your pup. If either her or your pup is uncomfortable with the other then Hashbrown can be moved to a separate area. I do this full time and try to make any appointments when I don't have a fur baby here. They will be spoiled and loved like my own while they're here. I have a fenced yard for quick early morning potties then typically 2 long walks a day. I send pics/video at least 2x/day so you know you fur baby is happy.

Olivia came for drop-ins for my two cats twice a day while I was on vacation for about a week and she did a fantastic job! One of my cats needed insulin shots and she proactively came over a few times before the booked time to practice administering the injection to make sure she did it correctly and was comfortable with doing it, which I really appreciated. My other cat also needed a pill and she made sure he took it during every drop-in. She is very communicative and reached out with questions and updates as needed, but for the most part, I was hands-off and knew my cats were in good hands so I could enjoy my vacation. I will definitely be reaching out to Olivia for any future kitty care needs!
Lindsey did an amazing job taking care of our 3 cats. She took it in stride that Zoe chose to hide under the bed every time she came to feed them. (Of course she came out on the last day.). Buddy chose to hide for several days too, and she spent time in our cluttered basement trying to lay eyes on him. Eventually he softened up though. Sammy was all in from the beginning, and he loves Lindsey. She spent time playing with the two boys, and made sure their wack-a-mole toy was charged up. She very thoughtfully left lights on inside the house for our return, which we greatly appreciated, as our flight was delayed and we didn't get home until 2am. So nice to not come home to a dark house, and everything looked really good. Lindsey is wonderful!
Erin was highly communicative and dependable. She took great care of our two large, high-energy dogs while we were away. She asked thoughtful questions in advance to make sure she a thorough understanding of the dogs and what they needed. We would happily work with Erin again!
Savannah did an excellent job caring for my senior cat, Phoebe, who has some special medical needs including a daily oral pill. I’m always nervous leaving Phoebe alone overnight, but Savannah’s prompt and thorough communication helped put my mind at ease. She gave her lots of care and attention during her visits with Phoebe and took great care of my home as well. I will definitely rebook with Savannah if we need a sitter in the future!
Tracie is incredibly reliable and I love that she sends lots of pics. Tracie can buy before our arranged sitting time to meet the dogs. I have two dogs- one of whom can be intimidating with her bark. Tracie was completely unfazed and my dog warmed to her immediately. Highly recommend.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
