She was prompt to respond, sent great updates on every visit, and accommodated all the special requests we had to take care of Luna. And even though she barely saw Ellie I know she was also in good hands (Ellie is our hider). I wouldn't hesitate to book Haley again if we are away and need care for our kitties. David is reliable, caring, and really great with our (sometimes grumpy) elderly cat. He always goes above and beyond to make sure all is well in our home while we are out of town. I especially appreciate that he always makes sure to find out sometimes difficult to find cat and takes time to make sure he is doing ok.
Tony has been a consistent high performer when it comes to the care of our dog. I appreciate how in tune he is with our dogs' needs. He not only provides basic care giving, but also love and affection for our pup in my family's absence. I highly recommend him.
Valerie did a wonderful job watching Archie! She kept me updated with regular texts and sent pictures, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. It was clear Archie was well cared for and happy the whole time. I would absolutely recommend Valerie and would gladly book with her again!
Kelly is awesome and very attentive to our critters. She communicated well when our one kitty had some issues with her pajamas (over grooming) and needed changing from soiling due to litter use and put her in her cone. She noticed our fish tank and the frogs had passed (from change of environment and water before we left, not her fault). She spent good social time with the kitties and was very nice to work with.
