Abigail is great! Our young Chihuahua (also named Abigail) is very leery of new people. Abigail took the time to get to know her and build trust. To us that is priceless. Our dog also has Addison's disease, and it is comforting to know Abigail is a nurse and comfortable giving her needed daily meds. We highly recommend her even if it means sharing her with others. Sharon is superb!! ! She is professional and reliable and very easy to work with. She kept us informed our whole trip and sent pictures and updates of her visits every day with our cat, Chickpea. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
