She even bonded with Valerie’s son, which made it so hard to take her away from the fun little retreat she was on! About: Although we’re new to Rover, we’ve owned dogs our whole lives and understand that every dog is different. Some want to play nonstop, others just want someone nearby while they nap. Our family (including our two daughters) are all dog lovers, so visiting dogs become part of the family while they’re here. We’re happy to adjust to whatever helps your dog feel comfortable and stick to the routine they’re used to. I (Keith) work from home several days each week, so pet care fits naturally into my schedule. Morning walks, yard time, potty breaks, meals, and playtime are already part of my day with my own dog, so adding another four-legged friend feels pretty normal. My wife (Leigh) is home in the evenings and on the weekends so we both get to give our dog and visiting dogs a lot of attention and love. We keep our availability realistic so every dog gets the time and attention they deserve. We have a fully fenced backyard and live in a quiet neighborhood that’s great for walks. Our own dog is friendly, but we don’t assume every dog wants an instant playmate, so introductions are always slow and supervised. If your dog needs their own space, that’s not a problem. We’ll follow your feeding schedule, medications, and any instructions you leave so their stay is as close to home as possible.

About: I’ve been taking care of family friend’s cats and dogs for years. Dogs ranging from elderly miniature schnauzer doodles to big wild golden retreiver puppies. I’ll take great care of your pets and home. When I’m away from my animals while I’m at school I like to get my fill of puppy/kitty time through pet sitting. I’m currently taking classes at the College of Wooster- I am a junior education and history major. This makes me available for drop ins and walks most of the day. I will do anything that is instructed for your animals. For walks I’m willing to walk them up to 2 miles. If I dog sit while you are away I would only need to leave them for classes which would never be more than 2 hours at a time.

“I reached out to more than eight dog walkers, and Stephanie was far and away the most reliable, punctual, communicative and considerate. She walked our dog Mia twice a day for an hour for two weeks straight (one weekend excepted, as she was at a wedding). On at least one occasion, she came early (with notice) to get the walk in before some rain, and on another, she heard popping sounds at the park (which scare my dog), and drove 15 minutes out of her way to another park. My mom, who worked with Stephanie for the pick ups and drop offs, can't say enough good things about her. We will definitely work with her again and likely be setting up weekly walks if she's available.”

I dog and turtle sit for a family friend when their away and I also used to cat sit for a lady with several cats and watch my friends cats when she's away. Since I was 13 I have cared for neighbors and friends pets where I have gained experience with playful puppies, big breed dogs, and giving medication to senior pets. I also have experience volunteering at animal shelters and have been exposed to many different personalities from all types of pets! I am currently studying biology at a local pittsburgh college where I have classes in the afternoon. For the most part my schedule is pretty flexible and I am available mornings, late afternoons, and evenings! I have three dogs and one cat of my own at home so I know how to make pets feel comfortable and well loved. I will make sure to provide a safe and trusting environment wherever I go. I’ll send regular photo updates through the app communication and ensure I have all of the pets history before every stay.

About: Although we’re new to Rover, we’ve owned dogs our whole lives and understand that every dog is different. Some want to play nonstop, others just want someone nearby while they nap. Our family (including our two daughters) are all dog lovers, so visiting dogs become part of the family while they’re here. We’re happy to adjust to whatever helps your dog feel comfortable and stick to the routine they’re used to. I (Keith) work from home several days each week, so pet care fits naturally into my schedule. Morning walks, yard time, potty breaks, meals, and playtime are already part of my day with my own dog, so adding another four-legged friend feels pretty normal. My wife (Leigh) is home in the evenings and on the weekends so we both get to give our dog and visiting dogs a lot of attention and love. We keep our availability realistic so every dog gets the time and attention they deserve. We have a fully fenced backyard and live in a quiet neighborhood that’s great for walks. Our own dog is friendly, but we don’t assume every dog wants an instant playmate, so introductions are always slow and supervised. If your dog needs their own space, that’s not a problem. We’ll follow your feeding schedule, medications, and any instructions you leave so their stay is as close to home as possible.
