In addition, I have continuously watched dogs for my family and friends. For several years I also volunteered for Animal Friends, walking dogs and doing cat socialization. I will do anything that is instructed for your animals. For walks I’m willing to walk them up to 2 miles. If I dog sit while you are away I would only need to leave them for classes which would never be more than 2 hours at a time.

About: Hello!! I've had my own cat since 2017 and am an avid stray feeder (and occasional trapper). I also volunteer at Kitty Queen Cat Rescue at least 2 days a week, usually doing morning cat care (but sometimes you can find me there during open hours). I feed all of the cats, replace water, scoop litter boxes, clean up whatever I might find, and give medication when needed. I encounter all different types of personalities and customize my approach to each one. I've been volunteering there since October 2025. I've also been pet sitting personally to friends since I was a teenager. I thoroughly enjoy taking care of animals and building trust with them, especially the shy ones. Truly nothing makes me happier than scooping 20 litter boxes with cats all around me. I also regularly take care of my friend's dog who is a spunky and reactive, but very sweet, terrier mix. I once drove home in a blizzard because I couldn't see my cat on my cameras (she was completely fine). Furthermore, I don't believe in assigning spite or malice to any animals. They are all innocent creatures to me. <3 I'm currently only working part-time so I have a lot of time to take care of your pets!! I can do mornings, afternoons, evenings, etc. One of the things I pride myself on is not only taking care of your pet like I would my own, but also your home. I'm a neat freak so I promise to leave it better than I found it! About: I’ve been a Veterinary Technician for the past 3 years, however I have been taking care of animals all my life. I have years of experience from my own dogs and cats as well as other families’. Abigail is great! Our young Chihuahua (also named Abigail) is very leery of new people. Abigail took the time to get to know her and build trust. To us that is priceless. Our dog also has Addison's disease, and it is comforting to know Abigail is a nurse and comfortable giving her needed daily meds. We highly recommend her even if it means sharing her with others. Marissa was amazing with my Pup Splash. He can be a nervous boy and she was very patient with him and he warmed up to her in no time.
