About: Hello!! My name is Abby. I am a recent Physician Assistant graduate awaiting my first job in the health care field. I have grown up with a mixture of dogs in my life, have dog sat for years and recently have gotten my own dog Odie who is a Basset Hound. I love dogs and love caring for them. Currently, I am not working so I am very flexible in my availability! I can do morning, afternoon or evening walks. I can also help with breakfast or dinner or anything else you might need for your pet! I am very accommodating and can do pretty much anything you need for your dog. About: While technically I have zero years of “pet care experience”, I’ve grown up with dogs and cats since I can remember. My family has owned dogs such as Alaskan Malamute's, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers and Labradors. Whenever a friend or family member has needed someone to take care of their pet while they’re away, I am one of their first calls. Abigail is great! Our young Chihuahua (also named Abigail) is very leery of new people. Abigail took the time to get to know her and build trust. To us that is priceless. Our dog also has Addison's disease, and it is comforting to know Abigail is a nurse and comfortable giving her needed daily meds. We highly recommend her even if it means sharing her with others. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
