June did an excellent job staying with Windsor for a long weekend. June made sure Windsor played, walked, was fed and had everything he needed. Windsor even got to go on an adventure and meet some of June’s friends. June provided timely updates, asked questions to put Windsor’s needs first and demonstrated a clear care and love for animals. We had the absolute best experience with Kaylee as our dog and cat sitter! She took such amazing care of our pets and made being away from home completely stress-free. She sent us tons of pictures and regular updates, which we absolutely loved and really appreciated. It was clear from every update that our pets were happy, comfortable, and getting lots of love and attention. On top of being wonderful with our pets, Kaylee was incredibly respectful of our home. Thomas was excellent and thorough in every capacity! He agreed to come stay with my 2 cats for 6 days/5 nights with short notice. During the meet and greet, he brought a tablet and took notes on all the info I told him. My cats seemed to love him (even my shy cat!) based on the daily updates he sent. When I got home I was pleasantly shocked by how clean my house was. Cannot recommend Thomas enough, I feel like I hit the Rover jackpot during this trip. It's always a little stressful leaving your pets (and house) in a stranger's hands for a week, but this could not have been a less stressful week. Thank you Thomas!
Kiley house-sat my two dogs for three nights while I was out of state, and I couldn’t have been happier with her care! She was extremely responsive, sent frequent updates and pictures, and made sure I knew how the dogs were doing throughout my trip. Simply put Heather is the BEST! Despite having some last minute issues with our dogs - Heather sprint into action and was able to accommodate our dogs’ needs. We were able to enjoy a stress free vacation bc of Heather. Heather sent daily updates with pictures, which just goes to show how she truly cared for our four pups as if they’re her own. So so thankful. We’d recommend Heather over and over again and know when she’s sitting they’re in very good hands.
This was my first time using Rover. What a positive experience! We hired Milica to stay in our house and take care of Ralph while we were on vacation. Milica was absolutely great with Ralph! True to her word, she sent us photos and updates of Ralph every day. She walked him twice a day (even thought she didn't have to) and kept him on his feeding schedule. When we got home the house was in great shape and Ralph was as happy as can be! I really don't think he wanted her to leave. We don't travel much but if we need someone to watch Ralph again, his "girlfriend" Milica will be the one. High praise for Milica!
Cam was absolutely brilliant! She took wonderful care of our three senior dogs and kitty, including keeping up with daily medications and, just as importantly, paying close attention to their individual needs, routines, and cues. When our flight was cancelled, Cam truly came to our rescue by staying an extra day. Knowing our furry little retirement village was in such capable hands made a stressful situation considerably easier. We can’t recommend Cam highly enough. She was attentive, dependable, caring, and went above and beyond for us and our furry clan. We will absolutely ask her back—assuming, of course, she’s willing to subject herself to this lot again.
