About: Hello! My name is Izzy, I’m 21 years old, and I’m going into my senior year at Penn State while working at Rita’s Italian Ice in Cranberry Twp. I’m so excited to start my Rover journey! I’ve grown up with having dogs in my household all my life, from a 4 1/2 lb. Chihuahua to a chunky Toy Fox Terrier to a mighty but loving Rottweiler-Black Lab mix. I’ve also been tasked with taking care of my neighbor’s and friend’s dogs over the years, whether that be stopping over to give them food, bathroom breaks, and cuddles, or even staying overnight over the span of a week so the dog(s) don’t feel alone. Therefore, I’m hoping to be the best fit for you, too! Outside of dogs, I love to be in our pool when the weather is warm and being able to do so with my family, pick up new crafting hobbies like scrapbooking or embroidery, and go to concerts of a variety of artists (43 concerts and counting!), most recently being 5 Seconds of Summer. I can’t wait to start this opportunity and hopefully bring some relief to someone in need of dog-helping needs! I’m currently working part-time at Rita’s Italian Ice in Cranberry Twp., and the schedule always fluctuates between 4-6 hour shifts. I don’t have set days, but I’m typically scheduled one weekday and the Friday-Sundays, However, I have plenty of time outside of those shifts and always accommodate around them to ensure that all the dog’s needs are met. At home, I assist in letting our dogs play in our fenced-in backyard, giving them treats when they’ve behaved or done a trick we’ve taught them (sit and “paw”), taking them on neighborhood walks when it’s nice outside, assuring that their food and water are filled, and playing with them to get their zoomies out before everyone starts winding down for the night. Outside of my home, if there is not a fenced-in backyard, I’ve taken the dog(s) outside on leashes for bathroom purposes, as well as do all actions mentioned above from what I do at home. Some houses have also had puppy pads when necessary, and I always take appropriate measures to clean up any messes and re-lay down a fresh puppy pad.

About: Growing up, we always had a family pet that my sister and I cared for. I also have dog-sat my sister's Aussie and Collie now that she has her own pets. Currently, I have a 7-year-old cat named Marvin and a 1-year-old cat named Teddy. I have experience with overnight stays for both dogs and cats for owners who had to go out of town. I previously had a 6-year-old Husky who was Epileptic. So I also have experience with administering medication as well as pet emergencies. I have recently moved back to the area after graduating from college. I typically work evenings, so most days I am free to visit your pets. I do offer petsitting at the clients home and have the ability to be available whenever I am needed. I will be able to stay at your home for as long or as little as you would like.

About: I've been a pet owner since 1990. Would love to help out fun dogs in need of attention. Recently relocated back to my hometown and can't have a pet of my own currently. Someday, again... I've just relocated back to Ellwood City and look forward to opportunities to network with new clients and their pets. I've been inactive for the last few years because of work responsibilities, but I'm really flexible right now until I find permanent work again in the area. I cannot bring pets to my home though. I will follow your instructions to the T. I can't offer in home services where I live, but will do as instructed so that your pet enjoys my visit. Just let me know any do's and don'ts and I can take it from there.

“We hired Erin to care for our three-year-old tuxedo cat, Lilly, for six nights. As first-time clients, we appreciated how regularly she kept us informed. She often shared photos and videos, and her strong communication skills made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Although she works primarily as a dog sitter, it was clear that she and Lilly quickly bonded - the photos showed the feeling was mutual. Erin also helped with a few household tasks, including setting out the garbage and watering our plants while we were gone. We returned to a tidy, well-kept home and a happy, well cared for cat. About: I have owned dogs and cats since 1985 and was on a K9 Search and Rescue team for 18+ years so I have worked with all types of dogs and have a lot of experience with training. I currently work outside the home M-F 9-5 but can work from home upon request. Weekends I am home the majority of the time and spend most of my time hanging out with my own dogs (two labs) I have hosted a variety of dogs in my home including corgis, labs, goldens, frenchies, pitties, mals, and other assorted breeds. I treat everyone's pets just like my own - lots of treats, snuggles, couch naps, and of course sleeping on the bed if they want. Both of my labs are extremely friendly and love pretty much all dogs, but I do have experience sitting some dogs who preferred to be separate from my boys via either baby gates or kennels (depending on what the dog is comfortable with). I have a large fenced in backyard and a smaller fenced in front yard. The backyard has a doggie door that allows the dogs to go in and out at will, although when I am not home, I do not give any dogs access to the yard (even my own dogs as a safety issue).
