We were thrilled to find such a caring and compassionate couple in a quiet neighborhood for our 9-year-old chihuahua mix pup. Daisy is quite reactive to other dogs and small children, but they were able to provide a safe and comfortable home for her while my family was out of town. Beyond excelling at basic care, Anthony and Leslie showered love and attention on Daisy throughout the week. We appreciated the frequent pictures and videos that Anthony sent throughout the week (avg 4 per day) showing Daisy in such bliss - ready for belly rubs, watching squirrels, resting and relaxing, and going for long walks. We could tell she was being well cared-for and more! We highly recommend Anthony and Leslie as pet sitters and look forward to booking with them again in the future. Thank you!”

I currently work from home with my 1 small senior dog (under 10 pounds) in the house. In the past, I have had Labrador Retrievers and a Viszla. All have been rescues. In recent years, I was heavily involved in a senior dog rescue and fostered a wide variety of dogs. Many of the dogs had supplemental needs, requiring additional care. We even have stools at each couch for our smaller guests to get up and down easily! :) If your pup prefers alone time, we have plenty of doggie beds for them to choose from. “So if you are looking for a breath of fresh air for an animal sitter do not look any further. Jodi went beyond just taking care of our dog who is a lab 60 Ibs. Down to every detail I ask her to do she did plus did more. She brought out our garbage to the curb and brought in our mail each day. We had a camera which we told her we had. When we had a chance to look at it she was interacting with our dog, excited to be there and our dog always greeted her with a wagging tail and his toy. She walked him each visit and did not care about the 1/2 hour she had to be there. She stayed as long as he did his business and was happy. She truly loves her job and it shows. If you are reading this review please beware of dog sitters that have good reviews. We do have a camera (which we tell each of them) and have seen dog sitters sit on the chair waiting for the 1/2 hour to be up. They leave back door open and just stand there while the dog is outside for 10 minutes then they leave. When we ask to walk the dog they have an excuse why they did not walk like the weather. Jodi is a gem and nothing like the negative comments I wrote. I will definitely be hiring her again!!”

I have hours in the morning afternoon and evening where I am able to care for your pet. It differs by the day and week but I’m willing to do whatever I can to make your pet happy! I will take them for whatever walk is desired, and I also enjoy runs. I will listen to behavioral habits, body language and specifications that you want for your dogs and cats
About: I’m a lover of all animals, but dogs have always had my heart. There is nothing quite like the joy that comes with being surrounded by dogs. Their instantaneous affection, contagious happiness, and unique personalities make me so excited to interact with any dog that I cross paths with. I love my job as a special education teacher, but I have always wanted to work with dogs in some capacity, too. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life & understand that beyond their basic needs being met, what they really need is a whole lot of love, and humans who are willing to take on their abundance of love, as well. I hope to make lots of new furry friends on here and give them so much love!! I have a full-time teaching job, so during the school year I am available on nights (after 4pm) and weekends. Over the summer and during holiday breaks, my schedule is much more flexible! I have two dogs that currently live at my parent’s house and come to stay with my every few weeks. This arrangement began when I got my dogs in college and could not keep them in my apartment, and we have found that it works best for them since I am gone most of the day for work. That said, my home is open and animal-free for any pet stays. We have a walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors and fellow dogs. I also have experience dog-sitting at the dog’s home for those who do better with keeping their usual routine.

“Wonderful experience! Anthony and his wife Leslie were so welcoming to our dog Daisy. We were thrilled to find such a caring and compassionate couple in a quiet neighborhood for our 9-year-old chihuahua mix pup. Daisy is quite reactive to other dogs and small children, but they were able to provide a safe and comfortable home for her while my family was out of town. Beyond excelling at basic care, Anthony and Leslie showered love and attention on Daisy throughout the week. We appreciated the frequent pictures and videos that Anthony sent throughout the week (avg 4 per day) showing Daisy in such bliss - ready for belly rubs, watching squirrels, resting and relaxing, and going for long walks. We could tell she was being well cared-for and more! We highly recommend Anthony and Leslie as pet sitters and look forward to booking with them again in the future. Thank you!”

About: While volunteering for dog rescue for 6+ years, I’ve had the opportunity to foster over 160 dogs of all ages, administer just about every type of medication, and vaccinate 1000’s of dogs traveling to foster and adopter homes I do not work for anyone else. My time will be fully dedicated to your pet along with my own and with as much love I have 3 friendly dogs at home. I have the ability to keep dogs separately in open or closed rooms. Crates or not crated. Once comfortable, they can spend time on the couch and playtime with other dogs with your approval.
