About: Hello! My name is Izzy, I’m 21 years old, and I’m going into my senior year at Penn State while working at Rita’s Italian Ice in Cranberry Twp. I’m so excited to start my Rover journey! I’ve grown up with having dogs in my household all my life, from a 4 1/2 lb. Chihuahua to a chunky Toy Fox Terrier to a mighty but loving Rottweiler-Black Lab mix. I’ve also been tasked with taking care of my neighbor’s and friend’s dogs over the years, whether that be stopping over to give them food, bathroom breaks, and cuddles, or even staying overnight over the span of a week so the dog(s) don’t feel alone. Therefore, I’m hoping to be the best fit for you, too! Outside of dogs, I love to be in our pool when the weather is warm and being able to do so with my family, pick up new crafting hobbies like scrapbooking or embroidery, and go to concerts of a variety of artists (43 concerts and counting!), most recently being 5 Seconds of Summer. I can’t wait to start this opportunity and hopefully bring some relief to someone in need of dog-helping needs! I’m currently working part-time at Rita’s Italian Ice in Cranberry Twp., and the schedule always fluctuates between 4-6 hour shifts. I don’t have set days, but I’m typically scheduled one weekday and the Friday-Sundays, However, I have plenty of time outside of those shifts and always accommodate around them to ensure that all the dog’s needs are met. At home, I assist in letting our dogs play in our fenced-in backyard, giving them treats when they’ve behaved or done a trick we’ve taught them (sit and “paw”), taking them on neighborhood walks when it’s nice outside, assuring that their food and water are filled, and playing with them to get their zoomies out before everyone starts winding down for the night. Outside of my home, if there is not a fenced-in backyard, I’ve taken the dog(s) outside on leashes for bathroom purposes, as well as do all actions mentioned above from what I do at home. Some houses have also had puppy pads when necessary, and I always take appropriate measures to clean up any messes and re-lay down a fresh puppy pad.

About: I’ve taken care of kittens, Cats, Puppies, Dogs, even chickens. I have done it all. I am very reliable when it comes to dog walking, because I walk my dog every day. I have a French bulldog myself, his expertise, health, and happiness is one of my main priorities. I love animals and have been loving them ever since I was a little girl. I have a huge heart when it comes to them, they are the best for comfort, and deserve to be loved by everyone. They are just the most precious little babies ever! 🫶 I am mostly free in the mornings and in the afternoons. When ever I have the time I am always on a walk with my dog or at the park with him trying to get him the exercise he needs. Cause he is a little big for his breed and needs the exercise and and to be out of the house. As soon as I wake up I take my dog out for a walk. Then I fill up his bowl with food and his other with water. Then in the afternoon when I get done school I’ll take him out again. And lastly at night I take him out for the third time. Give him food and water. He is my #1 priority as always (: I try and play with him as much as I can during the day, but I’m a busy girl so I do my best!

From the start of the meet and greet I knew that they would be able to give him the patient care and attention we wanted him to have while we were away. They were detail oriented and asked thoughtful questions in order to understand his needs and routines. Before the stay, they were responsive and communicative making sure to confirm all the details. During the stay they provided the perfect amount of updates (including photos and videos) so we were assured he was doing well but still able to be present during our trip. We felt at ease knowing that he was well cared for and could tell that they were doing everything they could to help him feel comfortable while we were away. The cherry on top was that we came home to a clean house! They went above and beyond to clean up after themselves and leave our home better than they found it. About: I have taken care of dogs all my life. I have looked after dogs of all sizes. I thoroughly enjoy the presence of puppies and have had the pleasure of training puppies, caring for elder dogs, and everything in between Currently, I am conducting research at the University of Buffalo til the end of July. I am working a typical 9-5 but have all time around that flexible. I can work nights are even early in the morning as well, but lunch time check ins will be difficult for me. I am staying in a dormitory at the University of Buffalo so I will not be able to offer any services at my temporary residence, but I can offer dog walks, check ins, feedings, anything that can be done early in the morning or after 5 pm.
