From the start of the meet and greet I knew that they would be able to give him the patient care and attention we wanted him to have while we were away. They were detail oriented and asked thoughtful questions in order to understand his needs and routines. Before the stay, they were responsive and communicative making sure to confirm all the details. During the stay they provided the perfect amount of updates (including photos and videos) so we were assured he was doing well but still able to be present during our trip. We felt at ease knowing that he was well cared for and could tell that they were doing everything they could to help him feel comfortable while we were away. The cherry on top was that we came home to a clean house! They went above and beyond to clean up after themselves and leave our home better than they found it. Would definitely recommend them and will be booking with them again for future stays.”
