About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a teenager for neighbors, friends and family. They have all been happy with my service provided. I am working full time but have flexibility in my full time schedule in case it is needed! I am available on the weekends anytime. I have 1 fur baby living at my apartment, we play with toys, go on walks and hangout together. I do have a crate in case anyone needs crated. However as of right now I am not offering a boarding service!
About: For the past two years, I've had the pleasure of pet sitting for family members, treating their pets like they’re my own. Growing up with dogs of all shapes and sizes, I've been around them my whole life and have cared for them through all stages — from playful puppies to loving senior dogs. I love going the extra mile by helping with things like fetching the mail or taking out the trash, so your home is just as you left it when you return. Your pets will feel safe, loved, and cared for in my hands! I’m currently working a very flexible casual job, as well as from home for a few hours 1–2 days a week, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for your pets. My schedule is highly adjustable, and I’m able to offer consistent daytime availability for walks, drop-ins, and house sitting. During weeks when I am house sitting, I do not work my in-person job at all so I can be fully present and meet all of your pet’s needs. At this time, I do not service inner-city areas of Pittsburgh. This includes neighborhoods such as: Lawrenceville, Bloomfield, Shadyside, Oakland, East Liberty, Squirrel Hill, South Side, the Strip District, the North Shore, and the North Side. I treat every pet I care for as if they were my own because I understand how important it is to have someone trustworthy, compassionate, and dependable looking after your furry family. Whether it’s a drop-in visit, walk, or house sitting stay, I always follow your instructions closely for feeding, watering, medication, and routines. While I do work a flexible casual job and occasionally work from home, I plan my schedule around your pet’s needs to ensure they receive consistent care and attention throughout the day. When I am house sitting, I do not work my in-person job at all so I can remain fully available for your pet’s routine. I try to take pets on daily walks (weather permitting and appropriate for their age, breed, and mobility) and always make time for play, enrichment, and companionship to keep them happy and comfortable. I also respect your home—leaving everything exactly as it was—and can assist with small tasks like taking out the trash or bringing in mail and packages.
“Krista took absolutely wonderful care of our two kitties (and house) while my family and I were out of town for a few days. I certainly would not hesitate to contact Krista in the future! The kitties received fresh food and water daily as well as lots of loving attention...and my family/I really appreciate the daily updates and photos (some of the photos are especially cute!). A million thanks, Krista!!!”

“Cori was very pleasant during the meeting & greet with me and my cats. During my vacation, she sent plenty of pictures and updates with the daily "report cards". One of my cats is kind of shy and often hides from strangers, but he came out for her visits and played which made me feel more comfortable while leaving them in her care.”

“Ericka took great care of our cats while we were away and took a lot of pictures for us. I could tell our cat Barney had a great time and was in great hands!”

About: I’ve had dogs ever since I was a kid. Currently have a 7 y/o black lab that I rescued as a 1 year old who is the friendliest dog ever and very well behaved and even tempered. I am free during the day as I work from home to house sit, dog walk or drop in to take care of your pooch. No fenced in yard but great walking neighborhood and friendly loving dog to keep them company during the day. House is very dog friendly for them to feel at home.
“Sadie picked up a last minute sitter request for me & I couldn’t be more appreciative! This was my first time leaving my kitten alone for a weekend, & my first time using rover so I was a bit nervous. Sadie did a great job with providing me updates & answering all of my questions. I came home to a happy kitten who was well taken care of.”

“Sarah is a wonderful sister! She helped us out with last minute dropins and was very patient with our more nervous pup. She communicates very well and sent regular updates and pictures. I would definitely book with Sarah again.”

“Cindy made house visits to check on our 3 cats, one that needs to take medication 2 times a day. While cats are sometimes low maintenance ours seem to be a bit more affectionate and needy. We were very happy to see they warmed up to Cindy very quickly, even though we were only gone for 2 nights. Even our shy kitty that hides in the attic was pictured getting pets! Thanks again!”

“She's so sweet checking on our cats so often when there are late work hours and vacations! She's very communicative with us and makes sure to update us on how the cats are!”

About: I grew up with many pets, and will care for yours as if they were my own. I have open availability on weekends, and evening availability during the week. I have a huge love for puppies and senior dogs alike. If you have any special requests, I'm sure I can fulfill them. I live in the heart of Dormont and love walking and this gives me an extra excuse to do so! Playing, getting puppachinos at starbucks, going outdoors, hanging out indoors and relaxing and listening to music are all things that your pup and I could do together. I look forward to hearing from you, and meeting your precious pup! I have open availability on the weekends, and am available after 6pm on weekdays! I could do morning walks before 9am as well during the week. I currently have 5 cats, and cannot board dogs at my home as we do not have enough space- but they live an incredibly spoiled life!

Lara is our cat's favorite visitor 💕. We feel so grateful for her help. We are so reassured knowing our kiddo is in her capable hands. Phantom looks very happy and content in the pictures. We appreciate how Lara takes care of Phantom and our home. It was Christmas time and she had to check for packages and dredge through snow. Thank you to Lara for everything!! Don't hesitate to call upon her.
