About: Almost 2 years of pet food store retail experience with training courses on pet care, basic pet training and deep knowledge of pet nutrition. Taken care of both my dogs since puppies (now 9, and 1 years old). I volunteer with several rescues and have helped set up fundraising/exposure events to help rescue pets find a home! I’m a full time student at Duquesne University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. I’m relatively flexible and just work around my class schedule. I have plenty of experience with my own two dogs, both being rescues, and plenty more experience with customer pets that would come into the store. I also volunteer with rescues shelters walking, bathing, and taking them to the park.

About: Hi! I’m Ryan, a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, birds, and other pets. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with the same attention, patience, and affection that I give my own. I currently share my home with a spoiled cat who runs the household, so I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy and dependable when you’re away. One of the biggest advantages I offer is flexibility. I work remotely, which allows me to provide daytime drop-in visits, quick check-ins, feeding, walks, playtime, medication administration (if needed), and lots of attention throughout the day. I’m also available during evenings and weekends. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets. I treat every animal as if they were my own and strive to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible. Safety, patience, and positive interactions are always my priorities. About: I love dogs and grew up with them! Though I don't have the space for them now, I've been missing some puppy playtime! Both of my parents are vets as well, so I'm also pretty well versed in all things pet care! I do work full-time, but a lot of my job can be done from home depending on the amount of notice I have before discussing that with my boss. That being said my weekends are pretty open as well as the occasional monday. I typically work from home every other monday! I love all animals! Growing up I had 2 dogs and then foster failed 2 cats! Those 2 cats currently live with my parents, but I'm bringing them up here when I move into my own place. Both of my roommates also have cats!

About: My partner Jack and I love caring for pets! Both of us have been caretakers for pets practically our whole lives, including senior pets and pets with special needs, in addition to small animals like rodents and birds. Whoever you need help with, we’re more than capable. We are so excited to get to know your pets. With us, your pets will get all the attention and exercise they need during your busy day. We are both very attentive to your pets needs and do our best to make them feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. We know just how important your companion is to you, so safety is taken into consideration at all times. We keep dogs on leashes at all times when letting them go outside. I work as a barista at a coffee shop and Jack is an employee at Pitt. Together our schedules allow us to have at least 1 person home for most of the day. On rare occasions when neither of us are home, at most we are away for 3-4 hours. We have a large yard with a lead and 2 cats. Our house is moderately sized, with room for playing and relaxing. We are attentive to feeding schedules and potty breaks.

About: I have a deep love for animals especially since I have a 10 year old schnauzer back home in Florida who I miss every day. Being around pets again brings me joy and comfort, and I always strive to give that same feeling back to the animals I care for. I treat every dog like my own; with love, patience, and attention to their unique needs. I also genuinely enjoy walking outdoors, so your pup will always get the exercise and fresh air they deserve. Whether it’s energetic playtime or gentle care for seniors, I’m here to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine! I love going on walks every day, especially in the spring/ summertime. So taking dogs along just makes those moments even better. Since I work as a competitive gymnastics coach in the evenings, my mornings and afternoons are wide open for drop-ins, walks, and quality time with pets. Whether I’m caring for pets in my client’s home or dropping in for a visit, I focus on making pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I could tell how excellent her caregiving was as he did all his routines great with her-- a walk, bedtime routine, ate his meals, was calm and great when we got home. He is used to us being around and I hadn't left him for an overnight for some years, so it is all the more impressive that he adjusted so quickly to Abby. Also, we loved getting the detailed updates and pictures! We are so happy we were able to have Abby help us for these couple of days and know Sailor will want to have her back!
