About: Hi! I’m Ryan, a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs, cats, birds, and other pets. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with the same attention, patience, and affection that I give my own. I currently share my home with a spoiled cat who runs the household, so I know how important it is to find someone trustworthy and dependable when you’re away. One of the biggest advantages I offer is flexibility. I work remotely, which allows me to provide daytime drop-in visits, quick check-ins, feeding, walks, playtime, medication administration (if needed), and lots of attention throughout the day. I’m also available during evenings and weekends. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pets. I treat every animal as if they were my own and strive to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible. Safety, patience, and positive interactions are always my priorities. I carefully follow feeding, medication, and exercise instructions, and I provide regular updates and photos throughout each visit. My goal is to make both pets and owners feel comfortable, confident, and cared for.

About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from energetic puppies to calm senior pets who need a gentler pace. I’m currently a student at the University of Pittsburgh, which actually gives me plenty of flexibility for pet care. I have breaks throughout the day between classes, so I’m able to stop by for walks, drop-ins, or check-ins without rushing. Evenings are usually wide open for longer visits or house-sitting, and weekends are very flexible as well. My schedule is consistent week to week, so you can count on reliable care and clear communication about my availability. Since I provide care in my clients’ homes, my priority is always to maintain a safe, calm, and familiar environment for your pets. I follow your routines exactly; feeding schedules, walk routes, crate rules, playtime, and any house guidelines you prefer so your pet feels comfortable and secure while you’re away. I’m very mindful of doors, gates, and leashes to prevent escapes, and I make sure your home stays tidy and respected throughout my stay. I communicate frequently with updates and photos so you always know how things are going, and I’m attentive to any changes in behavior or appetite. My goal is to give your pet reliable, loving care while giving you total peace of mind.

About: I help raise and train future service dogs through Canine Companions! I have experience in young, old, and disabled animals. I will love love love your pet and will reluctantly give them back. Animals I have experience with: dogs, cats, bunnies, birds, and lizards. I am currently a college student, but have most of my classes online. I only have one class a day that is in person and it is an hour. Tuesdays and Thursdays are completely free!! In a professional setting, I pride myself on attention to detail and alertness. My passion for healthcare continues to intersect with my passion and care for animals!

About: For more than 10 years, I have volunteered at a local animal shelter, where I care for dogs by feeding, walking, and supporting their daily needs. I have been a lifelong dog owner and have developed a strong understanding of their care and behavior. I currently have two dogs: a dachshund and a medium-sized Labrador/Pit Bull mix. Spending time with dogs is something I enjoy, and caring for them is rewarding. Their companionship brings me a great deal of happiness. I currently work full-time and am available during the evenings. Beginning in the fall, I will also be attending school, so my availability will vary depending on the day. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, especially playing with their favorite toys. We often play fetch outside and enjoy relaxing together in the sunshine.
