About: I’ve always been a dog lover and both me and brother rescued a 6 year old white Labrador named “Zorro” who we brought before Covid began. We love him so much and since I moved countries he now lives with my parents in India. I wear a paw on my necklace which is a memory that he is not far away and will always take care of my parents behind me. Zorro now sits on the dinner table and enjoys all family meals. As someone with medical training and a responsible active lifestyle, I am calm under pressure, highly dependable and attentive to routines, medications, special care needs and feeding schedule. Whether your pet is playful or prefer quiet companionship I’m happy to adapt to their personality and needs. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry family 🐾 I’m currently very flexible with my schedule until June 15th as I recently relocated to Pittsburgh to start my residency training. I will be able to work around a time and a schedule post June and will be open to taking care of your pet as per your need and happy to coordinate a schedule with you with my availability. I live in an apartment with my spouse who has grown up all around dogs as pets since he was a kid so we both love dogs but don’t have one of our own currently. Your pet is allowed on our sofa and enjoy the area of a one bedroom. If I am at your home, I will aim to make your pet feel as comfortable and stress free as possible while the owner is way by keeping a normal routine in their own home environment. I will carefully follow your instructions and communication is very important to me, so I can provide regular updates , photos and check-in to help the owner feel reassured. As someone with a medical background I am very attentive to details and safety.

About: I have owned my rescue dog Rita for five years, and grew up caring for cat and in dogs in my household. Rita is a high-energy dog who requires lots of exercise and has developed some special needs as she has gotten older. I will give any pet the care and attention that I give to Rita! I am generally available for walks and drop-in visits in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I have some flexibility to meet additional needs, as well. I keep my dog leashed and at my side whenever we are on a walk and closely monitor her when she is interacting with other dogs or people. About: I brought our two cats, Chili and Lok-Lok, all the way from China, but I grew up with dogs in my family and love both. I’ve taken care of my family’s and friends’ dogs and I heard about this app so I thought it might be fun to give it a try. Whenever I get called on to dog-sit for my friend here in Pittsburgh I like to go to the dog parks near the South Side river or jog along with them, rain or snow, and socialize with other dogs. Looking forward to meeting yours! I’m a PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh so summer and winter breaks are relatively free, and usually I’m only “working” 2-3 half days per week. I have to do a lot of reading and thinking so getting out of the house is a good way to take a break and process. I have a fenced yard where I do some gardening and let our cats out every day to chase bugs and birds. My friends have stayed over with their dogs and I just move the cats to the second floor and keep them there while the dogs take the first and the yard.
