Availability
I am home based and am an avid walker, plenty of availability. Your dog would not be left alone for more than a few hours when I have to run out for errands or appointments. I’m a homebody!

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a safe, quiet neighborhood in the north hills with flat, easy loops for walking. I also have a fenced in, flat backyard that dogs love to play in. I have a 12 year old son who loves dogs and will gladly play with your pup.

Information Valerie G. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your dog has any behaviors I should be aware of. Dog must be house trained and no past incidents of biting, nipping or aggressive behavior of any kind with adults, kids or other dogs.
A typical day
We will spend plenty of time playing, walking, and snuggling. My neighborhood has plenty of pups to socialize while we are out for walks, or we can keep our distance if that is your pup's preference.

WFH, Avid Walker + Fenced Backyard!
Pet care experience
As a Star Sitter, I have a proven track record of providing a calm, safe, and fun home environment with a high level of attention and care. Because I work from home, your dog receives consistent supervision, multiple daily walks, and plenty of engagement throughout the day. We love hosting dogs - your pup will be treated like part of the family 💕 I intentionally host one dog at a time (or dogs from the same household) to maintain a safe, low-stress environment and provide individualized care. The dogs in my photos are past guests and are not present during your dog’s stay. Before You Book: Important Requirements To ensure a great experience for everyone, I only accept dogs who are: • Fully house trained • Friendly with humans (no history of aggression) • Able to safely pass other dogs on walks • Comfortable in a new environment (no destructive behavior or significant anxiety) • Able to sleep through the night If your dog has anxiety, reactivity, or behavioral challenges, please be transparent so I can determine if this is the right fit. New Clients • Meet & greet required • First-time bookings: a one night trial stay is strongly recommended before longer stays
Reviews

Val is an absolutely incredible dog sitter and we are so lucky to have found her. She is very flexible and communicative with us on dates and times. And most importantly, she is so so amazing with our dog Wilson. He is so excited to go over there every time and she sends so many pictures and videos which are our favorite part! They do so many different activities and Wilson loves her son so much! Cannot rave enough, thank you and see you soon!!

Valerie took wonderful care of our small poodle. She made him feel comfortable and sent frequent videos and pictures. We will definitely trust her to watch him again.

Valerie is great. She kept in constant communication sent lots of pics/videos. She took excellent care of Sasha.

Valerie took amazing care of our dog! Great communication— lots of pics and updates. Could not have asked for a better week of dog sitting
