About: I grew up with pets (both cats and dogs) and have always loved being around and caring for animals. I worked as an animal care associate at the Humane Society of Chittenden County in Burlington, VT, where I learned safe handling techniques, gained medical knowledge, and cared for a wide variety of breeds and behavioral cases. I have extensive experience with cats, dogs, and smallies of all shapes and sizes and would love to help care for yours. I have a flexible schedule which leaves me plenty of time to walk and play with fur babies. I do have a part time job so I will need to leave occasionally when I am housesitting. I also don't mind commuting to care for an animal. I live in a lovely neighborhood for walking and am also able to drive dogs to nearby parks and hiking trails to play and exercise. I have a cat at home who dislikes other animals so I would only be able to provide care at a client's home.

Before the end of the long weekend, she got my more timid cat to come out and play with her – that cat never comes out to play with people that aren’t me! I’m very happy that I chose Ana to provide drop-in visits for my somewhat difficult cat “Pinkee”. It was the first time for drop-in visits and it worked out very well. Ana was very professional, responsible, thorough, attentive and showed great care. She provided daily photos and summaries of her visits. I would not hesitate to contact Ana again through Rover in the future for either drop-in visits or boarding.
There are no notes for how great Cindy is! She goes above and beyond caring for our two cats. I used to be so worried going out of town, checking constantly for updates but I know they are in perfect hands with Cindy. She makes sure all basic needs are exceeded, and that they are snuggled up, get their wiggles out, are brushed, and she always tidies before we come back. So glad we found Cindy! 😊😊
